No eating in the bedroom.
Any guests that leave bodily fluid stains or deposits will be charged £75 extra for a deep clean and safe removal of items soiled or needing disposed of. If items are needing replaced due to bodily fluid soiling these will be charged at replacement value.
Please be courteous to our neighbours.
Please lock all doors and leave keys in the ‘Master Lock Box’ under the intercom system outside the main door (code will be provided at time of checking in).
STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT. The apartment is fitted with an integrated smoke alarm system. Any guest found flaunting this rule will be fined £50. Smoking is permitted outside the property, please dispose of used cigarette responsibly.
BEFORE DEPARTURE: Please clean all your dishes, pots and cutlery. Turn off the lights and ensure the hob are oven are not left on. Close and lock all windows and doors. Please leave the any extra sets of keys on the table in the living room.
If you have any urgent issue relating to the accommodation, please CALL us immediately please call us on the emergency number provided!
Between the hours of 10pm & 8am, 7 days a week, if we have any complaints from our neighbours for excessive noise or unsociable behaviour coming from the apartment, our neighbours have been recommended to contact the Police, as shall we. Any guest found abusing this rule will be asked to seek alternative accommodation.
In general terms please try and leave the apartment as you have found it. This is our home and and we would ask you to treat it as such. Please notify us if anything is not working so we can make every effort to fix it during your stay.
There will be a charge of £15 for any lost keys and £20 for loss of the security fob.
