Avoid excessive heating – keep the thermostat at a comfortable level (between 18–21°C). Water conservation – Kindly avoid running taps unnecessarily or leaving showers on for long periods. Washer/Dryer use – Please use only full loads to help reduce energy and water waste. 🧹Cleanliness & Maintenance Please keep the apartment tidy throughout your stay. Extra cleaning due to neglect will incur a fee. Bins – Kindly dispose of rubbish in the correct bins provided and take out trash before checkout if you know where to dispose them. Dishes – Please wash dishes and leave the kitchen clean after use. Report any damage or issue immediately, so we can fix it quickly and ensure a comfortable stay. 🅿️ Parking & Security Free parking is provided for registered guests only. Please park responsibly in designated areas. Lock doors and windows whenever you leave the property.
