Easily accessible (bus stop right outside) a few stops away from underground station. Perfect location near shops and restaurants and just tucked away. Although it was attic apartment - it was very spacious!

This is one of the best places I've stayed, especially considering price and location. The apartment was large, clean, well-decorated, and all in all made for a very pleasant stay :)

I would definitely book again. Modern, wellmaintained roof top two bedrooms with kitchen open space. All necessities are found with a complimentary dishwasher and washing machine along with their products. If you dont mind a few stairs, knowing you are in shepherd bush, this is a great place to book one night or a week.

I would strongly advise staying here! The only drawback is that the station is only a 25minute walk away. Apart from that, everything is ideal! I adored this apartment! With the directions given to enter the apartment, it was incredibly tidy and simple to navigate. It was directly above gails bakery. Every morning as i awoke to the scent of croissants, it was heaven! The beds were cozy, the shower water was hot, the kitchen was a good size, the fridge was a sizable refrigerator, and the apartment was peaceful even with our living room on the main road!.

The apartment was very comfortable. The only downer was that it was a bit of a strain for a 66yr old to get heavy luggage up to the top floor.

Good location, good accommodation overall. Close to your Tesco Express and solid breakfast cafe just around the corner. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen could have used with a couple more utensils, as I cooked myself. Other than that - good stay - would stay again.

Apartment was set up great in good location for my needs, on viewing the rooms we noticed the sofa being dusty and dirty. It needed a hoover and a wipe down. Bedroom two, the bedding was full of hair, as if a dog had been living in it. Upon request for changing of the bedding, I was simply asked to change it myself, which would be fine if I did not pay over £300 a night. I messaged your apartment to resolve my issues amicably but to no avail. Very disappointed and looking to take the complaint further with hotels.com

Below-average experience. Apartment was 14-degrees C upon arrival. Apparently, renters are expected to adjust the boiler during their stay...it's even written in the house instructions. The housekeeper (who kept typing in our lock code and coming in and out the apartment...) ended up bringing us 2 space heaters that we had to rely on for heating up the entire apartment; one stopped working after 2 days. Poor communication; heat was finally addressed 2 days later only after I contacted Hotels.com for a refund. The sliding door leading to the open patio also could not lock. No closets to place clothes, not even a dresser, just a hanging rack in each room. Far from city centre. The apartment is very clean, however, and contrary to other comments, there was no issue with people hanging around/dumping trash outside. There's also a nice cafe next door. Very affordable, but I would not stay here again. Got sick b/c of temp change. Ruined the entire birthday trip, especially for my 63-year old mother. Disappointing.
