A localização é excelênte, a melhor que já fiquei em Miami. Perto da região badalada de Miami Beach mas sem barulho. O prédio é praticamente na beira da praia, a saída dos fundos, onde tem a piscina, é praticamente na areia. O apartamento é antigo, mas amplo e bem ilumindado, apenas com um pequeno reparo no piso que deve ser feito. O banheiro é reformado e o imóvel e mobília estão em bom estado geral. A roupa de cama e toalhas são limpas, nótasse que o proprietário tem um cuidado todo especial com este quesito. Os corredores do prédio estão sempre limpos. Recomendo.

The apartment was cozy and cute. The whole building smelled like mold once you stepped in. The apartment smelled like mold as well. Great location for walking. Woods not recommend for anyone who cannot tolerate mold smell for a few days. Would not say here again.

The property was very close to the beach and a 6 min walk from everything. There was no hot water and the TV/remote did not work. There were rainy days during my trip and was forced to stay inside and wanted to watch a movie but couldn't get the TIvo to work. I did like that my unit was in the front of the building.

My flight got cancelled, and the hotel a was staying at didn’t have any rooms to extend. So, I thought why not get something cheap by the beach. There’s a reason it’s cheap. The windows don’t close all the way, people constantly talking in front of the door, the mattress felt like it was made of concrete (and I sleep on a firm mattress at home). Well, anyways, this is the most sketchy hotel I’ve ever been to.

Die Wohnung habe ich nach einem Tag problemlos gewechselt da die Wohnung vollständig renovierungsbedürftigt ist. Sehr muffelig und Kondenswasser überall einfließt.

Questa struttura mi è stata assegnata o meglio imposta da Expedia, poichè quella che avevo prenotato, non mi rispondeva per come fare il checkin. Una topaia!! Forte odore di muffa, io sono allergica agli acari ho passato due giorni terribili. Il mobilio decadente, c'era la cucina ma mai utilizzata, perchè avevo la repulsione a toccare qualsiasi cosa. Il letto scomodissimo, se ci mettavamo per terra, forse si dormiva meglio! Rumori continui sopratutto dal corridoio. Mi hanno rovinato il soggiorno a Miami!! Con gli stessi soldi potevo andare in una struttura alberghiera più decente!! Grazie Expedia per questa terribile esperienza!!

The best thing I liked about this property was that the pool was somewhat heated. It is a short walking distance from many tourist festivities, and literally 1 minute from the beach. As far as unique ? There was a Huge mirror in the lobby when you first walk in. The part I didn’t like was the smell. Me & my friends tried to figure out what the smell reminded us of and by the end of the day it hit us ! It smells like wet animal. We brought many smell goods to try to freshen up the place , but that only made it smell like a better smelling wet animal if that makes sense ? I was over the situation and asked can I get a new room once my friend had seen bugs in the bathroom. The room was booked to accompany 4 , but only had 1 blanket which was a throw,

This apartment was not up to my standards i left this property early and found something better, the carpet and tub where dirty, its very outdated and the room looked nothing like the pictures which i had read on some previous reviews, i would say spend an extra 100$ and choose something else i will not stay at this property again it was a waste of mt money
