Amazing!! Booked for 8 days as part of a 2 week family summer holiday. It's outstanding. It's in a great location & beautifully presented. There were only 3 of us but there was more than enough space for 3 families. The communication leading up to the stay & during was faultless, there were a few lights out in the pool area, I messaged in the morning to let the host know & they were there in the afternoon, great service. We took 2 days to relax here before the parks, the pool is a great size, theres plenty of seating outside and 2 large seating areas inside along with a kitchen & dining table. I travel weekly with my job, I vary between homes & hotels. Being a Hilton Diamond member I stay in some of the nicest hotels, mainly across Europe but at times across the world. This villa is one of the most pleasent and relaxing places I have stayed in. What is important for me when having a family break is the ability to wind down and relax away from work quickly. The Villa is a perfect place to enable you to do that. I highly recommend staying here and will definitley will rebook for our next Florida trip. It's a beautiful home.

Best place we stayed in Orlando. Our kids love the place. They keep asking me to go back to the same house next time when we visit Orlando again. Thank you so much for the best communication. 😊 we are very satisfied

The property was very minimally cleaned and there were bugs everywhere. The rental car shuttle was the last one to come to the airport, besides that, it was really visually appealing and there was plenty of stuff to do

The property is beautiful. There are just a few maintenance issues they need to addressed to make it perfect. They provided all the items you need for a baby including a stroller, highchair, play pen, and even sand and beach toys! The house was spacious and had a decent pool. I would definitely rent again.

The good: The house was clean besides those small things. It’s in a great location right next to the clubhouse. It was close to two Walmart locations and easy to get on the highway to Orlando. The themed rooms were great and my kiddos loved each of them. The master bed upstairs was really comfortable. Overall thankful and would stay here again. The bad: the worst part You have to pay a charge per day to have the hot tub heated. At first I thought it was just the pool, but it was the hot tub too. It was super frustrating thinking we were getting a hot tub, only to be told it cost to heat it on our trip. The outdoor grill had a charge too to use. Parking was also not free as stated on Expedia. A/C would not stay cool! Temp set to 72 and wouldn’t maintain 72 until midnight or so. We had a few other small issues: ants in the upstairs bathroom sink, dirty underwear that had been left from a previous guest (they were shoved in the back of a drawer, and easily missed by cleaning crew), k pod still in the kurig. We bought a basketballs for the arcade game in the garage and there was only one pool stick that wasn’t broken for the pool table. The pool ball rack was also broken. There was a broken chair in the garage and a cracked glass in the cabinet. There were TVs in each room, but several wouldn’t turn on and some were smart TVs and some were not. A lamp wouldn’t turn on in the frozen room and the light was out in the laundry room. Small issues that could be easily fixed.

We were so looking forward to this trip away with our family, some of whom had never been to the US before. What's a letdown! A few weeks prior to arriving, we read a few reviews on this property that were less than desirable. So I contacted the property manager through the Hotels.com chat system. We were informed that all previous issues had been remedied. We asked if we could pay for the pool to be heated, but was told that the actual owner didn't want to spend the money to get it repaired. And that pool heating wasn't actually listed on the listing anyway, but anyone that knows villas in Kissimmee, knows that they are all heated, as long as you switch the heater on. We arrived to a lovely looking villa. But when you look a little closer, you can see that there are lights that don't work, cupboards that didn't have fire extinguishers in them (when the sign on front says it does), previous occupants hair on various table tops, filthy poolside floors and poolside chairs, broken games room (flat basketballs, pool tables broken etc). To say that we were disappointed is an understatement, especially given the fact that we were told that its had been remedied. The cherry on the cake was that the kids eventually went in the freezing pool, and was later very ill that night (sickness). The resort is pretty good, but it looks like the owner wants to spend $0 on the property. Even pool guy said that it needs a good refresh and clean. VERY disappointed with property and Hotels.com!

Lots things need improvement , lots areas that are dirty and need attention, broken flooring , dryer , dirty duct works, pool table broken. Won’t stay again needs attention for sure

We were very disappointed with this property. I asked to get hot tub and pool heated and i was willing to pay the $40 fee. I received no response from Expedia or the property manager until 2nd last day. I was trying everyday a few times a day. I finally got a response that the hot tub and pool heater were broken. If i knew this i wouldn't have booked this property. I had grandkids that would've loved to use this everyday. Also many things wrong in the house. Kitchen sink garberaror

The home was old, not clean and had ceiling cracks from water, floor tiles missing. Our feet turned brown waling in the home. The pool table is 20 years old with bad sticks. The balls on the basketball game were deflated. The "mini golf" at the club house is all weeds. Worst stay of our lives.
