Love the retro look and feel and how the property catered to pet owners as we were visiting nearby Best Friends Society. Staff was excellent so a big shout out to them!!

Old school property where you can pull right up to your door which makes unloading very easy. The room is dated however it was very clean and very comfortable beds.

Momentan nutzt man den Pool + Frühstück des Best Westerns. Leider muss man dafür 5 Minuten gehen. Aber trotzdem hat uns die Kooperation gefallen. Nur auf Bagels habe ich mich gefreut, die es nicht gab. Die Zimmer waren in einem guten, sauberen Zustand. Und vor allem: es gab ausreichend Steckdosen!

This is definitely a retro hotel. It’s pushing 75 years old, but I think it’s in great shape. It is affordable. We splurged to get the biggest room which ended up being two beds in two different rooms which we really liked. The staff and breakfast were a half a block away at the Best Western, but that was no problem. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of towels. Air conditioner in each bedroom. We had a great time.

The room was great, the place was quiet and clean. HOWEVER! i called the motel several times to tell them we might be coming in around 8 or 8:30 pm. No answer. Then we got to the motel and learned why, no one was there?? the instructions on the door said go 500 ft west to the BEST WESTERN and they will have your key? we did. At the BW they said come here in the morning for breakfast and to drop your key off. We liked the Aiken, we could stay there again, now we know the details.

We loved the room, but there needs to be a microwave in all the rooms.

The property has rustic charm and clean for being older. The staff was located at Best Western which was just down the street and they were nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Aiken’s share facility amenities with the close by Best Western. So it’s a short walk to the free breakfast and hot tub. I’m definitely staying at Aiken’s the next time I’m in Kanab.

Great little place for a nice price! Repeat customers as it’s perfect for our stop over night.

Our rental was large and spacious, with 3 very comfortable queen beds in 3 bedrooms. That type of room is very difficult to find and at a very good price and in a wonderful location in the center of Utah's color landscapes. Everything was very clean, well maintained, comfortable at a very good price.
