We had an amazing stay at Coconut Cay Resort & Marina! The Acqua Lodge sites were clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful sunsets, and all the amenities like the pool, kayaks, and marina access. The location is perfect for exploring the Keys while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marathon!

This was an amazing experience and would stay in a houseboat again! It was so clean, quaint and cozy. The deck off the back was beautiful and we can’t wait to return!!

We had a great time at Aqua lodges. It succeeded our expectations. Sunset at the beach was beautiful, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the boathouse was stocked with everything we could have needed. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location in Marathon. Loved having breakfast on the water and enjoyed biking to the beach (although the bikes could use some maintenance). The facilities including laundry worked well.

The unit was very clean. The deck on the water was great for watching boats passby abd wild life.we saw Manatee and small dolphins..Air conditioning was perfect. The only thing that was inconvenient was the coffee pot did not have reachable plugin for electricity. Had to move to small counter by stovetop.

This is our 3rd stay, always hassle free check in, spotless room, cozy bed, pet friendly and great location.

Staff was extremely courteous. The houseboat was clean and had loads of room. We had booked for 4 travelers but it has room for 6 in all . Despite being in standing water there was no smell inside. Beds and furnishings were clean. The kitchen had all things necessary. Though the microwave is small and there is no oven. We had a great stay. I should also mention that there are free bikes and kayaks for use on property.

The houseboat was absolutely incredible.. if you like unique experiences, this is so much better than a boring chain hotel. Despite the windy conditions, the boat only gently rocked. It was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. The grounds are well kept and the pool was fantastic.
