We booked our stay through Expedia. Our conformation info stated that we would get our check in info and codes 24 hours before our check in time. Before departing for the beach approximately 400 miles, it was past the 24 hour check in time and I still hadn't received any codes. I was on the phone for around five hours. The host couldn't find my reservation. They told me to call Expedia. Expedia told everything was good on their end and they had contacted the host and I needed to call them back. I called back and the host still was unable to find my reservation. Once I was told by the host that they didn't manage that resort and I would need to call another host. After I called this other host I was on the phone a long time. The operator was determined to help me. Finally she determined that they didn't manage any properties in South Carolina. I went back to the first host. She finally located my reservation. She assured me that the codes for the room would be available before check in time. We left early the next morning for a South Carolina. We got there a few minutes prior to check in. Still no codes were sent to my phone. I called the host and she stated that I couldn't check in prior to 4pm so there was no need to give me the code early. After getting the code for our room, we decided to check the code on the door to get to the elevator. It didn't work. Someone came by and let us in. We took the elevator to our floor. The code worked for our room.

I am giving this a five star rating but it is getting close to needing an update. We rented the 3 bedroom suite and it was the perfect size for our group. What a wonderful view out to the beach. The suite was clean but just felt a little worn and ready for a little update. One of the hot tubs was out of service and the other was not hot. The pool is not heated. The beach was pristine and we loved walking on it finding some wonderful shells. I would book this room again next time I go to Myrtle Beach. Loved the place. Thank you!

Amazing beach view. Only downfall was the indoor pool was closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was freezing!

Loved the condo facility. Location is great. Parking is tight, but doable. Excellent view. Elevators are fast. Only negative was check in experience. The email had door code to condo, but omitted the building code. Must have a different code to enter the building from pkg lot. We were lucky to get it from another guest as they left. No on-site personnel, so we would have been stuck.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. Room was close to the elevator and easy access to pool and lazy river. Prefect if you have children.

This was by far the best accommodations that I have had ever. My wife, daughter and I were very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the amount of space it had. Loved it!, Loved it!, Loved it!!!!!!!!! Will definitely request this again when we take our next Myrtle Beach vacation and will recommend family and friends as well.

The room was amazing the view and the cleanliness... The towels and wash cloths the pools where great. Only thing is please be sure to get the email or message before you go because there aren't any front desk workers or any ways to enter the floors or doors without the codes from the property manager.

The condo was very quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The only unexpected item was the green kids slime someone had thrown on the ceiling. We got it off very easily, it was just surprising. Would live there if I could. Definitely will return for another stay.
