The property that’s provided is perfect and it should offer more towels, a dish rag to wash and clean up the kitchen area. More trash bags and toilet paper for our stay.

The property was absolutely adorable. I loved the way it was set up. It was extremely clean and comfortable. However, the internet rarely worked, which prohibited us from watching tv and/or using our computers to work. We reached out to customer service and they said they would have someone fix it the next day because it was after hours. However, no one ever got around to helping us, so we weren’t able to just hang out comfortably at the property. All in all, 4 out of 5 stay, but would definitely recommend.

Overall, this apartment was a great stay. The space was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had adequate cooking utensils, and most items were good quality, which I value. One suggestion would be to provide coffee filters, as short-term guests may not purchase them; or consider a reusable filter for about $5 on Amazon. The hosts were extremely responsive and replied to messages promptly. However, the Wi-Fi did not work during the stay despite multiple attempts to connect. The hosts mentioned they would address the issue, but it was never resolved, which was inconvenient and required relying on mobile data. One drawback was the lack of storage furniture for clothing, which made it difficult to organize belongings. The larger concern was activity in the building’s stairwell. Groups gathered there drinking and smoking, which felt uncomfortable. On several occasions, there were late-night knocks on the door (around 1 AM and 3 AM), which was concerning and impacted the overall sense of safety. On a positive note, the location is close to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Once across the bridge, you can request a Circuit car, a free and convenient electric ride service similar to Uber. In summary, the apartment is well maintained and enjoyable, but there are areas for improvement, particularly Wi-Fi reliability, guest safety, and storage. With these improvements, this could be an even better place to stay.

Needs a refresh, equipment is limited, 2 out of 3 TVs did not work, noisy, on pics when I rented there was a pool, but there was none om site, and the pictures were changed after I rented. Problems with locks. One couch had springs sticking out, towel bar fell off the wall, lights did not shut off...but staff on phone was helpful and always answered.

Not a bad place to stay. Great location about 10 minutes from the beach with lots of shopping and dining nearby. A few minor inconveniences here and there, but nothing to ruin the stay. I would recommend this place for a quick and easy stay.

We liked the location. We had our bikes and a short ride to all the beaches. Reservations staff was super nice and responsive. The property was clean but it is older and showing some wear and tear. We had a ground floor unit and it would've been better if the units above were carpeted, or had felt pads on all the chair legs because they make a lot of noise when moving around up above us. All in all a decent value and we used the kitchen for a lot of meals which saved money. I would come here again.

They should give to me more information about the laundry; I did not know I have it. No hangers on the closet. Shampoo and conditioner were hide. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Picked area for closeness to beach and resources we needed. Visit with family nearby. Apt was upstairs without elevator. Hard to get heavy luggage upstairs. Car was outside in rather rough area on backstreet. Bathroom rather small. TV remote was complex and one remote had no working battery. Inside was nice enough but somewhat dated. A/C worked well. Kitchen good. Ok for beach location. Customer service responsive. Outside area cleaning needs more regular attention.
