The room didn’t look like any of the pictures, but it was clean. The beach access was amazing and the fact that they had chairs, umbrellas and things to do at the beach was even better!

Loved the beach and all the amenities. Great place. The kids had fun. The sunrise was gorgeous. The place was clean. The decor quirky and eclectic at its best. Very happy it wasn’t all match and designer. Like the home feeling it gave off.

Great little beach houses right on the beach. Rooms were pretty clean and the community was very welcoming. No pool though. Would stay again.

Clean cottage and great for our family of four with 2 little ones. Kitchenette was nice to have. Bathroom small but very functional and not too tight. Property was so charming and accommodating to our little family. Beach is just a hop over the dunes. So nice they had a closet of toys so we didn’t have to pack any of that. Just the low key weekend we were looking for. We will be back.

Clean apartment with Kitsch "I dream of Jeannie" themed decor. Great location right on the beach. A door between the bedroom and living area would have been a bonus. The room safe was out of order when we visited.

What a hidden gem! We definitely plan on coming back here. We love the vibe and all of the extra things we can do as a family like play chess and the hammocks etc. Perfect laid back beach vibe!

Charming Beach side guest houses. So many intricate details around the complete space of the property. This was exactly what I needed to regroup after a busy work week. I’ll be returning with my family and also considering for a relaxing girls weekend!

It's a nice boutique guesthouse with personality. We stayed in apartment 5, it was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with linen, towels and toiletries. No complains with the kitchen. Excellent location, few steps from the beach. Safe and easy parking. The attention from the staff was outstanding. The AC made some weird noises, but we got used to them. I’d recommend it if you look for comfort, safety, and cleanliness without demanding luxury.

I absolutely fell in love with this place. We stayed at the Deluxe Ocean View suite at Beach Place Guesthouses, and honestly, it was one of the most unique and atmospheric places I’ve ever experienced. The moment you walk into the property, it feels like you’ve stepped into another world — like a tiny hidden tropical village. The whole place has this magical atmosphere with little bungalow-style homes, palm trees, bridges, fountains, hammocks, tropical plants, sculptures, and cozy hidden corners everywhere. Our suite was stunning and unlike any hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The decor had a beautiful old-world Indian / tropical vibe with gorgeous antique-style lamps, porcelain elephants, mirrors, vintage furniture, and so many fascinating details. I spent the first day just filming everything and admiring the decor like I was in a museum. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen were all beautifully designed and incredibly cozy. You could hear the ocean waves from the room, and the beach was just steps away. We even had our own private outdoor area with hammocks, which made everything feel even more peaceful. The only small suggestion I would give is that the room could benefit from a deeper detailed cleaning in some less noticeable areas. Overall though, this place completely exceeded my expectations and felt like a little paradise. Such a unique and unforgettable experience.
