We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, and having a stove and refrigerator along with a separate living/dining room was a definite plus. The 24/7 coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby was another perk, as were the hot tub and large (albeit shallow) pool. The setting is lovely, in a wooded area off from the road and in a convenient location to all of the sites. We visited Stockbridge, Lee, Lenox, Great Barrington, North Adams, Williamstown, and Housatonic, exploring waterfalls and nature trails. Very highly recommend for a relaxing, peaceful, beautiful getaway!

Property very well maintained, everything you would need for an extended stay, we stayed one night for a show at Tanglewood(20” away) The rooms have microwave, fridge, dishes, dishwasher,etc. everything you would need to eat in. Also pool, hot tub, exercise and movies at night in a great room. Helpful staff, great price for a great room( separate dining area, living area, bedroom and huge bathroom!!!!!) extra clean woukd def go back

All things considered I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that could have been better was 24 hour front desk help. I arrived at around Midnight and had to get help from nighttime security, which I had to call for assistance. Also had to check out at 3:00 AM and was told someone would be there to assist in checking out. Nobody was there and had to just leave my card key at the desk.

It is set off the road in the woods. Beautiful grounds with places to sit outside and relax. The rooms are big , clean, have full kitchens, and comfy beds. The magic coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee for free and is always open to use. The pool is large and great and the outdoor hot tub was great too. The folks at the desk are fantastic! Not one thing to not like!

We love the Bershire Mountain Lodge. We've stayed here five other times but this time we do have a few very minor negatives. 1) The cabinet door under the kitchenette sink had a loose hinge. We messaged the staff and requested that they wait until after we checked out to repair the hinge. We hope the hinge was repaired before the next guest checked in. 2) The toilet flush handle was slightly cracked but still functional. We forgot to notify the staff; it was barely noticeable. 3) The guest or owner in the room above our room walked very loudly. We were used to hearing noises from people walking in the hall but this was our first time hearing footsteps through the ceiling. Other than those three items, our stay was excellent. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The housekeeping crew were unobtrusive. The long driveway to the ample parking lot gives enough distance from the busy
