Liked that it was close to the beach and stores. But there’s no parking and you have to pay for parking or you get towed

Didn’t go in expecting much from other reviews but place met expectations from moment of arrival! Came with a couple beach chairs as well walkable from a 24 hour convenience store and from the beach! Good Lyft prices to south beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Wynwood and Biscayne. Nice terrace area and great check in with codes on gates and doors. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again!

it was a great stay. Restaurants and beach very close by. Great price and location. Comfortable to go with family and children. The only bad thing was the communication with the owners, who hung up the call several times when I called to ask for more information. But otherwise, everything was fine.

First was a little thrown off by condition and sketchy characters in the area - in the end it turned out to be a good stay and cleanliness.

They are accommodating and understanding to my kids with special needs and anything we need. It is the only thing I want. For my children to be happy where they are. They said they feel at home. That is awesome:)

5 Minuten zum Strand. An der Parallelstraße zum Strand zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen/Essen/Trinken. „Zimmerschlüssel“ per Email und Zahlenkombination problemlos bekommen.

It's my pleasure to say, we really enjoyed our stay here. The fact that its just within walking distance from the beach and convenient stores really made our stay here enjoyable. We'll be coming again in the future. Thank you
