We needed a safe place to park our e‑bikes overnight, and the staff went out of their way to lock them up securely for us. The Campbell House is such a beautiful historic bed and breakfast, and it remains our favorite place to stay in Eugene. The location is perfect for walking to many of the fun things the city has to offer, and we especially love how close it is to the river trail bike system and the city’s extensive network of bike lanes. Breakfast is another highlight: a delicious choice of sweet or savory, always served with a warm scone and fresh fruit to start the day right. And when you return, the beautifully manicured lawn and garden offer a peaceful retreat away from the busy city. It’s thoughtful touches like these that make the Campbell House truly special.

Stay here for a truly terrific breakfast. Also the gardens are lovey... Depending on the season hope you have time to sit outside (indoor public space nice too) to sip a glass of comp afternoon wine and enjoy a cookie. For our stay, breakfast started with a fruit cup and scone followed by a very tasty breakfast (two choices offered). Lovely friendly staff. The B&B has appr 20 rooms of diff configurations. We had picked a small room that is perfectly fine if you don't need much space, bathroom was good sized. Have to keep windows shut due to nearby trains tooting loudly during the night. Rooms have AC. Would very much stay here again and recommend if you like historical buildings and great breakfasts.

Clean room and the grounds are well kept and so beautiful. A lot of seating outdoors to enjoy the views. Every room is different and decoarated different. Very reasonably priced. Will stay here again! It’s a hidden gem in Eugene for sure

The staff was great during check in, breakfast, and check out. The breakfast was among the best at any bed & breakfast type of establishment (essentially how I'd classify this inn). The main house was built in 1892, and although upgrades have been made, there are some remnants of the original construction, so guests need to be aware of that and understand not to expect modern construction. The inn is located in a somewhat rundown and old residential area of Eugene, but this property is the best maintained lot in the neighborhood, and is located on the periphery of that neighborhood, adjacent to the commercial district. However, we'd highly recommend this inn if your travels take you to Eugene. For lunch and dinner, several restaurants are within walking distance (walking is recommended if you're able to walk 10-15 minutes each way). We would not hesitate to stay here again. Much more of an experience than the big chain hotels.

I had a one night stay and found it quite pleasant. My room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I thought the staff was welcoming and helpful. Avery particularly stood out and went above and beyond in every way!

Really appreciated the hospitality, welcome wine, and great breakfast. Clean and spacious room (Shiela) and excellent access to paved trails and parks along the river, as well as downtown restaurants and shopping. Also liked the neighborhood turkey.
