The 2 bedroom condo was very clean and updated. The walk to the beach was short and we didn't have to cross any busy streets just walked the small roads within the complex of other resort condos.

The property is a nice 5 minute walk to the beach which is scenic itself. We had a comfortable stay with a Family of 5 and would recommend the place to stay in. The price was very nice for something so close to a world class beach.

Rooms are very clean and offer maid services daily. Check in was easy and room access was smooth.Simple close parking. The beach is nice and private however you do have to pay to sit on the beach which I don’t believe is mentioned on the listing. Chairs are about $40-45 per day which can be pricy on top of cost of stay. Personal chairs or towels are not allowed on their beach so you don’t have much of a choice unless you want to drive to public beach. Wish this was communicated prior to arriving to the resort. Town is great everything is within walking distance so rental car is not necessary If you plan on exploring downtown and the beach on site. Free ride services are also available from morning to late night which we utilized and loved. Just bring cash to tip drivers. We even found one who can take you to and from Sarasota Airport which we will check out for our next visit! Overall great resort and town with lots of variety and fun.

Nice little cottage style apartment setting. We enjoyed it. Convenient location, nicely updated rooms complete with kitchen. Relatively short walk to beach, especially compared to expansive beaches in public beach area of Siesta Key. Free trolley up to Village of Siesta for dining, bars, etc. Close to southern cluster of bars. Chair rentals guys staking out chunks of beach is not ideal but par for the course in Florida I guess.

Amazing rooms and the staff were so friendly!! Very helpful and provided recommendations for the area since we have never been to siesta key before. The hotel was so close to the private beach. It was perfect to use when the public beaches were too crowded. The room was so clean and spacious!

We really enjoyed our stay, loved how close it was to the beach, and it was easy to walk to other places close by. Great that parking was included. Everyone there was so nice, and the center courtyard was inviting with all the games you had access to. Room was nice and spacious, loved there were mini kitchens. The only thing is that the water from the shower smelled different, can’t pinpoint what it could be from or if it was just during my stay. We would be happy to stay there again.

What a hidden gem! Great location with walking distance to the beach where we rented chairs and an umbrella, walking distance to restaurants had a great bagel and coffee at Bungalow bagels and also shared a pool with a few other cute properties.

So the room is fairly small but it does have a kitchenette so if you're staying multiple days and want to save money that is available.However, it was of no use to me. The flooring was very nice.The bathroom was very nice. The big deal is that you are in walking distance.And I mean, five minutes, at most to a private beach.

The place was great only stayed for one night but will definitely be back it’s right on the beach they have towels you can “sign out” the room was very nice and clean it has a full kitchen. Also the neighboring pool was AMAZING after the beach!!! They have lots of nice places to sit and hangout outside with friends and family and a grill!!

Parking at the resort was easy, used the kitchen a couple of times and it was adequate. We used the outdoor grill, and it was great. Our room was really clean and the bed was comfortable. The resort was very clean, and the staff were super helpful and responsive. Crescent beach was a short walk away. Loved the resort and loved the island.

Rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Nice pool. Private beach area. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the courtyard area to hang with friends. Would definitely stay again.
