Really well maintained property. Great amenities. My kids absolutely loved all the activities (kite flying, make your own soda, duck race etc.) Staff were really friendly and helpful. Amazing location right by the beach (walkable) and within a short drive of shops and restaurants. All the facilities were well maintained. We enjoyed the pools, game room and the pickleball and basketball courts. The free pool towels, wine and cheese were a nice extra. We will definitely be back!

We only stayed for 1 night and regret not staying longer to enjoy everything that this resort has to offer. We especially appreciated the heated family pool, warm enough to enjoy in the evening hours, and spacious jacuzzi. The 2-bedroom + 2 bathroom condo was very spacious, functional, and clean. May not be ideal for light sleepers as it’s right next to the train track, but it didn’t bother us and provided extra entertainment for train-loving toddlers.

A garden room was assigned to us, we had no view of the ocean. We did have a front row seat of the kiddies play ground, happy, playful screeching toddlers ran back and forth on the putting green! I absolutely adore children and laughter however, this is my relaxing vacation so this location was not ideal for us. I requested a room on a second floor but there weren’t any available at the time so we spent our time inside with the slider door shut. A high price to pay for a nursery, I did not enjoy the location of my room. The property and surroundings are well maintained, the staff are accommodating and manage the front desk very well. The kitchen was well appointed. This room would be ideal for a family with kids, kiddie pool, splash fountain and putting green right there in front of you!

Such a great place! Perfect for us and our littles. They loved walking to the beach, playing at the family pool, tennis, basketball, and we even did one of the evening activities-candy sushi making class! Everything was wonderful. Heads up: it’s right next to a passenger train track, so you’ve got trains running next to the bedroom window pretty much all the time. I think it ends at midnight. Not an issue for us, but I could see it bothering someone else. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and our kids want to come back.

We are from San Diego and have stayed here a few times as a staycation, we really love it as a family with 2 kids. In addition to the beautiful and easy beach access, there are so many activities to do ant the resort…and, Dexter, the activities manager, is the kindest, most fun, and genuine person . We love the seapointe.
