Location very convenient, check in process was terrible. The front desk does not have ALL information regarding reservations with them. I had to call host to have them confirm my reservation and have the front desk give me the key which was also difficult because they wouldn’t listen to me when I told them the host was going to give them a call to help me check in. The employees here do not know what they are doing and do not care about their customers’ experience. The room was clean and well kept. Trouble with air conditioning even after we thought we got it “fixed,” the following days it stopped working again so we just left it alone. The host was still very responsive nonetheless.

Apartment itself was clean. Thats about only good thing to say. From the check-in process where host repeatedly sent the same email with faulty link to check in (server error from their website), eventually we were sent the door code directly on watsapp... to then reporting a faulty door lock which went unfixed, led to being locked out of apartment upon return from day out in Miami, host then unable to even arrange for a locksmith to gain entry to apartment ( we had to get call out number for them, AND we had to pay $200 out of our own pocket before locksmith would gain entry ), it was 2am before access to apartment was sorted... despite repeated assurances from host that repairs to lock would be done next day, no one showed up and one of us had to remain in apartment for remainder of the stay so as not to get locked out again. Although host advised that Miami maintenance team were 'on it', we didnt see anyone from host at the property. Despite repeated assurances from host, no refund was received for the call out expense, and only when Hotels .com were contacted did monies get refunded. A truly shocking experience with the worst customer service we have witnessed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The air conditioner didn’t work since day 1, never fixed it. On the 4th woke up in the middle of the night with the apartment completely flooded, they did nothing and didn’t refund me the night. NEVER staying with them again.
