The property was beautiful! It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that felt extremely safe. Would 10/10 recommend and plan to stay again! Everything you’d need is available and the hosts were very accommodating.

Unfortunately this stay did not meet expectations. To start off the lounging pool that seems to be a main attraction to the property is complete gone. I’m assuming it’s been removed due to rust that was pictured in a different review. The property had quite a few broken things such as the doors in rooms and other smaller things such as the toilet paper holder in a bathroom. The fans in the room didn’t have batteries to the controls, this was something we needed to go out and purchase since the AC went out completely on our last night there. The house reached a temperature of 87 degrees Fahrenheit inside which caused my husband and myself to leave that night with our 4 month old as the temperature was becoming unbearable for her. The rest of our party stayed the night but left early the next morning although we had all planned to stay longer as the booking also stated check out was at 11PM and not 11AM like the message the host sent out the night prior. The communication was quite terrible, responses took forever and when we notified them about the AC going out they eventually just ignored the topic and sent the check out instructions where we were surprised to learn check out was a different time then what was confirmed in the booking. Additionally the cleaning in the house was quite poorly done prior to our arrival. Some dishes were visibly dirty, the bath mat in the master bathroom was so nasty they just stored it in a cabinet in there.

Rusted swimming area, molded bar-b-quer and skillets where both crusted with grease. Floors was taped by a door way. Floor was coming apart in some areas. Rug and couch had stains on it in the living room. Outside area was not clean had lots of deadd leaves and branches. Communication is not to great either. Inside home otherwise was clean
