Valet parking were very nice… we use the do not disturb sign during our stay and they put a little basket of refresh items out for us to pick through for what we needed that was amazing

I loved my stay here. There is valet parking at $20 a day. This came in handy due to the area. The room was beautiful. I will definitely return.

The stay at The Cliff House is always great for us. Although I would love to see the history be brought back to life on the exterior. We really missed the breakfast buffet this time around but they do have a nice breakfast menu. Staff was pleasant.

Everything was great, staff was friendly, beautiful hotel that gives you a blast from the past! We ended up in a suite with gorgeous mountain views and even a fireplace...nice touch. We ate dinner on the patio and the food was decent. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy the quaint little town of Manitou Springs.

We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily return again. The nearby Old Town area is unique and full of character, perfect for strolling and exploring. Our favorite spot was Manitou Brewing Company, where we enjoyed a fantastic Bingo night and made some great memories.

The Cliff House hotel is a unique treasure, with individually appointed suites that reflect the elegance of "yesteryear". The staff is amazing, very friendly and accommodating, always with a ready smile, focused on the customers' needs! Absolutely love the special touches in our E. E. Nichols suite: the toilet seat warmer, the blue light in the toilet, the towel warmer, the steam shower, the Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, the marble floors, the turn-down service with chocolates and an informative newsletter, highlighting a different famous historical figure each evening, the cloths laid on the floor on each side of the bed (an old tradition), and the fireplace is another nice touch! Oh, did I mention the robes that are provided?! The restaurant makes beautiful & delicious food, the room service is very nice, love the "bags" of ice either delivered or available at the front desk for our ice buckets, as well as complimentary bottles of water. Especially love the French onion soup - magnifique! We frequented the bar one evening and Kelly (Kelli/Kellie/Kelley?) was super fun to have as a server. The sangria drink was very tasty and my husband enjoyed his beer! Utilized the fitness center, and really appreciated the variety of machines & equipment available. The view from our suite is amazing, with a large bay window around 10' to 12' wide allowing us to view the mountains, with a peak at Pikes Peak on occasion. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend this establishment!!!
