The property was beautiful. The staff was amazing. I honestly feel like that bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in besides my own definitely a 10/10.

Property was beautiful, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful. We had a misunderstanding with our room (put in a room with two king beds instead of 2 queens, 1 king) and Abby and the front desk was extremely accommodating and got us moved. Pool was gorgeous, and fitness rooms was had all the machines needed for a great workout. Only downside was no restaurant on site, but there was a little plaza very close that had a grocery store and several restaurants available.

Nice, clean unit. I liked having full kitchen and laundry service. Note: AC is shut off centrally until you call the front desk!

Wonderful location. Peaceful and clean. The room we stayed in was well maintained, felt secure and private. Walking around the area was nice with beautiful scenery. Food trucks in the complex provided options for both food and coffee. There were two swimming pools and hot tubs in different areas so it didn't feel crowded. Both pools looked amazing. They also offered events to participate in as well on different days. Food and grocery shopping was near by and good location to get to the north shore plus easy walking distance to the hidden beach.

Clean room, all the necessities of cooking in your condos are all there( no need to go out and eat outside in a restaurant which saves you $$ ) and very nice staff. They even let us stay a couple of hours from the original check out time of 10am since our flight is not until the evening.

As long as you stay firm and avoid the attempts to get you to attend a time share presentation on check-in, great place to stay! Location very convenient for shuttle to Princeville shuttle to Haena park and easy drive to Hanalei and local beaches.

The room is much better than what the Expedia photos show. Spacious and clean. Two pools are children friendly.

Great place for a family. Nice pool, good location, great staff and food trucks are a sweet perk to make life easy. If you’re up for walking a mile the beach is right there. My wife has one complaint. The bullfrog was super loud at 3:00 am every morning…so plan for that.

The room was spectacular! The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating! When we had to check out at 5AM they told us to not worry about waiting and to head out! It was streamlined and peaceful! The pool was AMAZING! We sat in the hot tub for over an hour watching the stars.

Good location in princeville, pools and hot tubs and game area were great. 2-room suite was spacious and comfortable. Food trucks on the property were not that great, especially the coffee cart one. Only downside was no other restaurants/bars on the property, especially by the pool which would have been nice. Also, be aware when booking as a hotel, there is still no daily housekeeping service.
