The room was described accurately and was perfect. The resort was very nice and clean with lots of amenities. All staff were extremely polite and very attentive. This was the perfect Summer getaway. We would definitely book again; perhaps in winter to get that experience.

Perfect place for what we needed for a weekend with 4 kids and 3 adults. The condo had a well-stocked kitchen, and overall we had everything we needed during our stay. The stovetop was usable, though one side had minor damage that made me a little cautious when cleaning the surface. One thing to know: the front desk staff are not very helpful for condo-specific issues since they don’t manage the property directly, so make sure to save the welcome email with the property manager’s contact information. The resort itself was great for families. There’s a fun arcade (games cost extra), indoor/outdoor pool access, multiple pools, ping-pong tables, and activities for kids. We spent the entire weekend there without needing to leave because there was plenty to do. Overall, we had a great stay and everything we needed.

The staff was excellent but some of the guests showed that they didn’t want to be in the same pools as my son and I and my son even rode the Gondi twice alone because he was child of color and no one wanted to ride with him. We still made the best out of it but I thought times haven’t changed. I hope there will be an improvement next February when we go again.

It was a nice clean resort with friendly staff. Just wish the restaurants near the resort were open, only had one option to eat lunch/dinner at. The little market doesn’t stay open all evening only until 5pm. Next time we’ll pack our own food to cook at resort. Also check out is at 10am…no sleeping in.
