Cottage Inn is one of our favorites to stay at. Great location, great amenities and helpful staff. We love their pool and jacuzzi and their fire pit areas are great after a long day walking/playing on the beach. During our stay, they were doing lots of maintenance work, but notified us that morning of the first day of work about the expected noise. This has become one of our go-to places when we are in the Pismo area. While they don’t have a free breakfast, they do have pay options down in the hotel lobby area. They do offer free coffee and filtered water for hotel guests. The only complaint we really have is the daily parking fee - maybe consider a flat fee/discount if staying more than one day.

This was our 1st stay at the Cottage Inn. Super cute updated room. Grounds were well maintained and clean. We got the room with the ocean view. Beautiful view of the ocean! Loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean! Management was super helpful and were very accommodating of our dogs traveling with us . Highly recommend to stay here passing through Pismo!

We were very happy with our stay at The Cottage Inn. Walking distance to town with many Resturant choices. Loved walking along beach to town as well. Service staff was great! Friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the pool, spa and view of ocean while relaxing by the fire pits. Room was very comfortable and quiet!

Excellent location and walking distance to Pismo. Fire pits are so fun and can’t beat the morning walks on the beach! Oh, delicious coffee in the rooms, too!
