We had an excellent experience at Crows Nest! The cabin was very comfortable - the king bed was very nice and the large cooler outside was helpful. They have complimentary coffee, ice for the cooler and a nice hot tub. The location is excellent close to the “action” but up away from the busyness.

Giving this place 5 stars as it was great for our quick 2 night stay. But a few things to note, that I may have missed on booking details or because we got there late (past 10pm). Arrived 10:45pm, but the front office closed at 10pm. We checked in at Tako restaurant, and they were super helpful and easily able to speak to resort manager and got us checked in. I didn't realize parking lot was a few stories below cabin, so we got taken up in 4x4/Golf Cart, which was fine. Just be aware you will do many flights of stairs without using resort assistance. No problem for me and kids. I like the climbing :). We got to room and room was good. Heater was on, so room was really hot for me and my kids. No worries, we opened a few windows. We were ready for bed, and closed curtains in room, which have something to be desired for anyone needing "black out". Bring face cover if you are light sensitive at night sleeping. We had one for my son luckily! Adjacent restaurant had really good chips/salsa and variety of tacos. Got 2 free drinks at bar for stay. There is ice chest outside each room and available ice bags to keep any perishables cool. We didn't have anything, so didn't need to use. Very short drive to Denali Park entrance. May not have been exactly what I has imagined, but was very nice for our stay. My kids said it was "cute and cozy"!

Excellent hotel! The views are nice and relaxing. The cabins, albeit small, are quiet. The breakfast, which is not included in the cantina, is a culinary adventure and highly recommended. The biggest frustration we experienced is the ill-organized and often late shuttle service. Other than that, it is worth a visit.

Loved the property w super cute & comfortable cabins. Lots & lots of flowers everywhere. Fun restaurant “tAKo” on site, plus several others in walking distance. It’s a very hilly property so it’s not for the weak-knee’d!! Lots of stairs or slopes roads to choose from. Highly recommend!!

Great location for visiting the park. Really friendly and helpful bar manager and staff. Make sure you ask for a room on one of the lower levels. It’s a serious trek up to level 5.

We loved our night here. It’s right on the main shopping area but up a hill so it’s not conveniently located and also a little secluded. The room was small and cozy. The shower was great - good pressure and super hot water! We brought our pup and everyone said hi to him. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back! I added a photo of the view from our room. I will say that we live in Alaska and read other reviews and I think it’s just that people have no understanding of how remote and difficult life can be in Alaska. This is a very nice hotel in rural Alaska and I am so grateful for the care that was taken in the cleanliness and atmosphere and amenities. This is definitely a great spot to stay.

Comfortable cabin, friendly staff. If you stay in the 300-500 numbered cabins, they are located on the side of a mountain, so you have to climb stairs to get to the restaurant or go to the shops in town.

Nice clean cabin with comfortable beds. Hot tub was a nice addition. The heat was a little low. We had a pleasant visit overall.
