Best location in Breck. 4 minute walk to lifts, 2-3 minute walk to Main St. Unit could have used a TV made in this century, but everything else was great. I would book here again.

It’s downtown so you can walk to wherever you want. You have access to the parking garage which is secure so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle. We will be back.

Super cute place right in the heart of Breckenridge! I wasn't sure about booking this place because of the other reviews, but the location and price were perfect. We ended up loving it there and had an amazingly nice stay. Yes, like just about everything in Breckenridge, the place sees to be stuck in the 1990s decor-wise. That was amusing but everything was clean and functional, just dated and a bit worn. The only main complaint was how hot and stuffy it got upstairs in the loft (we were there at the hottest time of the year). Even with the windows and doors wide open to the chilly night air there was no air circulation to the upstairs. A fan would really help. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay. We loved just walking out the door and exploring the town and the abundance of yummy restaurants nearby. Yes you have to check-in and check-out a bit down the road (but they have a 24hr desk which helped with our 5am departure!) - my gps led me to a smoothie shop first so I had to ask for directions. We never got to eat at the restaurant downstairs because the waits were always crazy long (popular place!), so maybe next time. If we return to Breckenridge we will be staying here again.

Fantastic location with a balcony and a kitchen overlooking the Blue river. It's a block from Main street so the location was great. We parked the car for two days and could walk anywhere we wanted to go. I was surprised with how nice it was and the price was great. Please note that housekeeping isn't included, but this wasn't a problem for us. Thanks!

Great location. Comfortable. Clean. It was cool to hear the river flowing. It was nice to sit out on the back deck. My boyfriend thought it was a little dated though. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and would still stay again.

Was my first time to Breck, but had friends that go often with us and we all loved it. Place was great, hot tub right after slopes, plenty of room, and right downtown! Walked in gear to Peak 9. Perfect location only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location for a quick weekend ski trip. Great access to Breck ski slopes and to downtown businesses. Room looked out over creek. Look carefully at directions for checking in since the desk is not in this building.

We arrived an hour early for check-in and we were allowed to get our room early. The room was perfect for us, right off main street and everything was in walking distance. The underground parking was wonderful! We enjoyed setting on the balcony and taking in the views of the mountains, breathing the mountain air and watching people. We will definitely rent 117 again!

I stayed in Breck for about 3 days mainly for a conference. I feel I made a wise decision not to stay at the conference designated hotel! Will definitely stay here again in the future! I even couldn't help cleaning the room and making things in order on the day I left-as I really enjoyed my stay there.

Loved this hotel the location was central to main street it was like the end of your journey through town. Everything is within walking distance food, ski, drink, party. I would recommend anyone to stay there it was perfect. And you don't have to be rich to stay there like the rest of the places.
