All I needed was a room with a lock, and a bed to sleep on. I got that. Bear in mind that there is no staff on site, and the facilities like bathroom and kitchen are shared amenities. The day you arrive you receive the codes needed to enter the building and to access your room. I arrived very late at night and left first thing in the morning. I genuinely do not know whether or not there were any other guests in the building. I had no trouble accessing the bathroom, but you should bear in mind that others may be using it. You should plan your schedule with buffer time for showering etc in case any other guests may be using it when you need it.

Full kitchen. I utilized the microwave. The downstairs microwave I wasn't sure how to use. If you use the kitchenware, you just need to put it back where it came from. Being your own food unless it is labeled for all use. Everyone will be satisfied with the accessible kitchen and two refrigerators!

Very clean bathroom, great living room setting, clean and nice bedroom. The best place I ever stated at in Newark New Jersey. The little things I paid attention to and this place has it. They give you shampoo, toothbrushes, toilet paper and have a clean fridge for you. Some places I been to were dirty and didn't even have soap for you to wash your hands

TLDR: A person can sleep but the door code doesn’t work well. The door code thing is annoying but the bed was comfy and the other rooms and surrounding area wasn’t loud.

I didn’t use the kitchen, besides storage in the fridge which was empty and clean. No staff interaction, I didn’t see anyone. Room was clean, though pillows were all very hard and way too big to sleep on, even on my side. King mattress was comfortable, room was quiet. As a place to sleep and shower for a night it did the trick

Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. thank you!

Recommended for solo travelers that aren’t afraid to share space with other commoners. Privacy is pretty minimal at this location. With more organization, this place has potential to be pretty good. Security is also very good once you get a good flow for the number padlocks.

宿泊当日に部屋に着きましたが、部屋を開けることができませんでした。何度、やっても開けることができず、隣の部屋の人には協力してもらいましたが、やはり開けることができませんでした。オーナーへの連絡は電話かショートメッセージとのことでしたが、使用していたeSIMと日本契約の電話では、両方ともに使えず、Expediaのメッセージ機能でやり取りをする方法をようやく見つけました。ここまでに3時間程度かかりました。Expediaのメッセージ機能でやり取りしても、再度試して欲しいとの連絡で、再度試してましたが、開けることはできませんでした。その後、ようやく違う部屋の情報を教えてもらい、試したところ部屋に入ることができました。ここまでで、おおよそ、4時間かかったため、夕食を食べることができませんでした。このようにして、新しい部屋には入れたのですが、部屋が道路に面しており、車のエンジン音、カーラジオの音、人の話し声が夜中の3:00ぐらいまで鳴り響き、とても眠れる状況ではありませんでした。また、3:00を過ぎた後も定期的に、騒がしい状況が朝まで続きました。結局、ほとんど眠ることができず、チェックアウトしました。ほとんど、徹夜状態でしたので、次の日の予定は三分の1程度しか行えませでした。せっかく、高い航空券用意したり、何日もかけて作った予定をこなせず、本当に残念です。オーナーは今回のことをどのように考えられているのでしょうか？一生に一度かもしれない計画を、散々な状態にされて、本当に怒りしかありません。宿としては、とても料金を取れるサービスレベルでないと思いますので、すぐにでも宿泊業をやめた方が良いと思います。もし、この宿を検討されている方は、同様のことが起こることを想定して、宿の検討をした方が良いと思います。オーナーからの、なんらかの誠実な言葉や対応を強く希望します。

I didn’t stay the area was very unsafe. I just lost my money, but I didn’t care. My life is worth more than $123. Expedia also asked for my refund and he declined. So be cautious and safe.

Terrible place to stay- picture, comments vs reality is different. It is not at all family place to live. I could stay only a night though our booking was for 3 night. Owner doesn’t want to return money. But it is ok to stay safe and alive in other place rather stay that terrible place. I wouldn’t recommend this house-

Was great up til the day I had to leave. I unfortunately couldn’t pay and needed them to give me time to get things together and they never knocked on my door at noon or even 3pm but randomly decided to barge in at 7 and demand I leave. They could have been a lot nicer about it or told me to leave earlier. There was also a cat that was living on the first floor and I decided to take it in but they accused me it being mine in the first place. Very rude owners

We did not even unpack! We left and found a motel! Was booked for one house and got moved to a second location. Cameras everywhere! Cabinet doors hung on by electrical tape. Shower didn’t even work. Three drug deals were happening within minutes of getting out of the car. Definitely was not a safe place to stay. I do not recommend this place at all!!!

Shared Bathroom - this is a Hostel in Very Shady area - 3 sets of codes to get in - had to find an Actual Hotel to stay in rest of trip because I did Not Feel Safe At All - No Refund from the ‘Villa’
