Lovely property near shopping area on South quieter side of Duval. Close to everything needed. If you sleep light bring white noises or the roosters will make sure you are up !

Douglas House was an excellent place to stay. The house was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is the best—you have everything nearby, including restaurants, shops, and bars, making it easy to get around without traveling far. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Literally a few meters from Duval Street - the centre of activity in Key West - the hotel was ideally situated. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was excellent too, just be aware that there are a couple of flights of stairs to access it, so wouldn’t suit the infirm. Would happily stay there again.

Very nice hotel just steps from the "quiet" end of Duval Street. We stayed in the Sugar Palm suite. Large bedroom with 2 queen beds. Living room area with couch and a chair along with a 60 inch flat-screen. Large bathroom with huge walk in shower.

Hamza and Jen at the front desk were very knowledgeable, efficient and so friendly! The room was clean and there was a system as most hotels have for room service to clean. Temperature was good with AC and ceiling fans to cool the room. We were able to rent a golf cart directly through the hotel, which was so convenient for us! The pool was perfect, which we enjoyed after a day in the heat of the Keys! Overall, I appreciate the location, size and staff at Douglas House! My husband and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others for a quieter stay.

This was our first stay at the Douglas House. We stayed for 6 nights. We had a great stay and were very happy with everything especially the free amenities offered at the pool. They offer free sunscreen, water, and coffee. The property was very clean and easily accessible. We did not rent a car and was able to easily walk and bike anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly. There is limited parking everywhere in Key West so be sure to read more about the property and their parking before booking. 10/10 would highly recommend.

After reading some bad reviews and some good, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The upstairs was challenging, but the lady that works there insisted on carrying the luggage upstairs, she said that we were on vacation and should not be carrying the luggage. Our room was small, but comfortable, we have no negative comments to say.
