Great for a easy walk to the staples center (15mins) Clean apartment/condo type accommodations. nice balcony with city view. safe secure building with nice assigned garage parking spot. easier access on 7th St. Rush hour on S. Bixel can be difficult. "This is not a hotel. It is a vacation rental"

The location and accommodation were great. The only issue is that it is very difficult to find the pool, a problem which could easily be fixed with signs along the hallway. It took me over half an hour to find the pool and finding it the second time was just as challenging. It remains, however, a great option, especially when traveling for business and having to share accommodation which can prove to be a delicate situation

It was a great apartment, space and comfort. There was some dirt under beds and no soap or coffee for the coffee maker, but overall was really good.

Pros: Close to transportation and sights, clean and has necessities in kitchen/bath although I did not u se them Cons: Not clear on booking which unit (number of bedrooms) is being booked, bed is soft Overall, I was given too large a unit which costed more. Also did not get to use the gym/pool so cannot comment.

not really a hotel but an apartment - limited somewhat options for checkin very late or early vs. a hotel - also no 24 front desk etc if you care (I don't) - however I had a 2bed 2bath apartment with a nice balcony and kitchen and living area - the apartment was on the older side and a little dingy and smelled a little off, but the beds and baths were nice and clean - person who checked me in actually picked me up a few blocks away saving me lugging my luggage a few blocks which was very kind

Be aware of additional cleaning fee of $100! Not a hotel, no reception as it is a rental apartment. We stayed one night, we experinced very good service and the apartment was very nice and very well situated near the stables center.

The room is an apartment the owner rents out, not a hotel room. The location itself is great with tons of things in downtown LA in easy walking distance. However, our "checkin" process involved us having to wait for about half an hour outside a closed "Sandwich Joint" next to the apartment complex waiting for our greeter to arrive. The carpet in the apartment itself was heavily stained, had a strong aroma of marijuana in the air, two of the chairs had bases that were so badly broken that you couldn't sit in them safely, the coffee cups were not well cleaned, and there was a box of leftover in-n-out sitting in the fridge. Location is great, but know going in that this is not a hotel so you're rolling the dice with how long it will take you to be able to get into the room and whether/how well the room has been cleaned.

we stayed this apartment from feb 1st to 7th for vacation. check in starts 4pm. they don't have front desk but we get personal concierge(i didn't know this until we arrive 2 hours after in LA). once we met up with this guy, he never introduce himself and start walking to the room that we were staying. we got to the room, room had NOT been cleaned yet. looked like people just left, kitchen was dirty, used towels were still on the floor and bed sheets were messed up. i asked to have a clean room to relax and we can start our vacation. with no explanation, we were moved to another apartment. he arranged "uber" and this car came to pick us up (which he did not inform us the address), it was compact car that did NOT fit 4 adults and 4 big suitcases. so, mu boyfriend had to walk to the other apartment... this concierge did not even tell us this place was temporary so that we need to move to first apartment that we showed at first time in next day. thats already 2 hours past and ruin our evening! this concierge guy didn't seems to be care about us or anything so, i asked him for supervisor to talk to. when i told this story to this supervisor on the phone for an hour(there were more terrible thing was happened that i could not write here...), she promised to have us better concierge and refund for cleaning fee. a week past, i have NOT get refund or even apologies letter. i am very very disappointed this service. never had this kind of experience before.
