We always enjoy our stay at Dunes Village! The room we stayed in had a good view of the ocean, was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. I do wish the rooms had a window that faces outside instead of the hallway, but that isn’t something that can be changed, and it didn’t affect our trip.

Really nice love that is had a washer and dryer im the inside and a hotub in bathroom it was very relaxing and clean also the inside water parks and beach front was terrific!!!!!!

The beach was closed because they were sinking pipe out in the ocean to shoot sand up and make more beach

First time staying here with family. Room was great! It was clean. All the amenities were awesome as well kids had a blast! The only thing is it gets really rowdy at night

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Since it is close to a residential area, the beach didn’t feel so crowded. The on site tiki bar, restaurant, and Starbucks was very nice. All of the staff were very helpful with checking in and with any question that came up. The indoor waterpark and pool area was great on rainy days. The only complaint would be the beds were not comfortable for any of us and the double bed room didn’t get good air circulation if the door was closed.

Place was fine for what we needed. Not high end but not low end either. Although the property is a little bit dated, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The amenities were definitely family focused. The location right on the beach and the middle of the island was as good as it gets. Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend this property for families.

Restrooms out by the pools were so clean!!! Exceeded expectations! Restaurant in hotel had AMAZING food!! Owners of privately owned condos need to have more communication with the front desk as to who is renting out their property. It makes check-in extemely difficult and confusing when vacation tenants call hotel for further details and information, but the hotel front desk has never heard of the tenants nor even has the first detail of the reservation.

I found my room was pretty dirty. Dishes still had food on them, the bathtub was covered in dirt. The condo was not in great condition - one sink was cracked, the washer was so loud that it kept everyone awake. Strangely, I had 1 wine glass but 2 toasters. It's a good resort for kids though - lots of pools and slides.

Smoke smell in bathroom; cigarette butt on balcony; I’m allergic to cigarette smoke and was sneezing whole time there; I feel like we smelled like smoke just using this bathroom; did contact host about smell when arrived so won’t get charged; not sure how cleaning crew missed this!!!

The unit seemed clean but there was a weird smell everywhere on all of the floors, beds, furniture. the smell was like pee smell. when we ot there we did not notice it because there was air freshener plugged in to cover the smell but after couple hours we started to notice it. no renovation in any furniture.

The best thing was the inside waterpark. The stove in the room a few burners didn’t work. We couldn’t get the tv in the room to work. When we got there for check in the code didn’t work and then they was still cleaning the room so we had to wait in the hallway with our stuff for almost an hour because of it.
