Location to restaurants, beach, and activities can’t be beat for the price of the room. Great to have full kitchen for added value as well. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. We will be back!

The Edison Beach House is easy to get to and upon arriving we felt welcomed and happy to be there. Annie at the front desk gave us all the info we needed and she is a delight always remembering my name even days later! The beach access and pool are right on the beach and some beach amenities are available to use like chairs, umbrellas, etc but it's very limited. Towels were also provided at the front desk for the pool or beach. The room had all that we needed including a full kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook on your own and 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. We were lucky to get the room with the balcony facing the Gulf- much recommended!! This location is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars but you can also park here for free and easily drive farther down the beach or to Sanibel island. The only complaint we had was the drains were slow to drain in the shower and bathroom sinks and the elevator was slow- not a big deal on either! We will definitely be back and will recomend to anyone we know!

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the room, full kitchen, parking, great staff. We will be coming back again. Everything was clean. Great view. Walking distance to everything. We loved it!

We were very pleased with our stay. Off season so the value was great and the location is top level. We’ve been to Ft Myers beach many times but always stayed off the island. This location is a short walk from everything and room 306 has a panoramic view of the Gulf and sunset too. Booked through Expedia. Check in: They were ready. Very fast. Offered island info/recommendations. On site parking included- big value add as parking can be hard to find and $20-35. We were able to park before check in time and wander (to an bar) and received a text when the room was ready. Pool is warm and clean. Room was great for what we wanted. Small, but well appointed…who stays INSIDE anyway. We would definitely stay again.

Property ideally situated right on the beach and within minutes of the bars and shops. We arrived a few hours before check-in but was allowed to park up and explore. A good selection of complimentary yogurt, cereal, muffins & danishes were provided for breakfast along with tea, coffee, juice & water

What a gem! Amazing views and location right on the beach at an affordable price. The staff really took pride in their hotel and were always looking for ways to enhance our stay. The place had everything you’d need from a full kitchen to a stocked beach closet. Great place!

A great view and access to the beach. There is a closet for guest to grab complimentary guest chairs to take out to the beach for free. It includes a free, albeit very light breakfast offering.
