we stayed the weekend and did not experience the construction noise until we were checking out, We understand they are rebuilding facilities after the hurricane a few years ago. A necessary inconvenience. Other than that it was a great stay

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was perfectly accommodating for 2 adults, 2 kids. The location cannot be beat. We will be using this location for future bookings!

We were very satisfied and had a great time; the hotel suited our plans well and everything was in order. However, I must point out that the promotional materials feature outdated photos of the pier—it doesn't actually exist, and fishing from there was one of the things we had planned to do. They also advertised beach umbrellas on the sand, but that service was never offered or provided. Even so, the stay was worth it and we really enjoyed ourselves; we hope to return soon. Thank you.

Room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had partial view of the beach from our balcony. The property is right on the beach. We were able to borrow chairs and umbrella from the common closet, and although they were a little bit up, they were free. Outdoor pool was small but enough for this size of the hotel and was checked and cleaned daily. There was plenty of chairs around the pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived after the office was closed but we called ahead and were given specific instructions and we were met by security and given the keys to our room when we arrived. Very happy with our 3 night stay and will be happy to come back next time we are in the area.

The room was very clean, got a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Staff were awesome, very helpful and accommodating. The property is right on the white sand beach, which was very clean too. There is construction going on next to the hotel but it did not bother me

The Condo was perfectly located to all the haps. We walked everywhere. The Condo was clean, with daily housekeeping if you wanted it, each room had its own air con that could be adjusted to your liking, it has everything you'll need. The Balcony overlooked the pool and the beach and it was a parkinglot away from Time Square. The staff from the front deak, housekeeping, and security were amazing. The Elevator was slow but worked great. They have luggage carts to use which was extremely helpful.

The stuff was extremely helpful and everyone was very friendly. The views were absolutely amazing. Room was clean and had so many great features. I would highly recommend the Edison Beach House to anyone wanting to visit!!!

Every staff member I had an interaction with was super friendly and helpful. I loved that they had a security guard monitoring the property every day and night. We will definitely be back!
