ロケーションや施設は非常に良い。ただ2人には広すぎるし、無駄なスペースが多すぎて持て余しがち。価格は周辺から見てダントツに高く長期滞在には向かないかも。無限はとても良かった。

Staff was very attentive and polite. The resort sits right in the middle of Waikiki. Only down side was meals were less than filling. For the cost I feel that the food and portion size were small. Breakfast was very unsatisfying however the restaurant called Eggs & Things is only two doors down. Overall stay was 4.5 star

Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍 We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage. A huge thank you to Anna! My parents, who are in their mid-80s, faced a 15-hour flight delay due to weather in Korea. Anna went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of until their departure. Without her help, the last day of their Hawaii trip could have been stressful and disappointing. Thanks to Anna, their trip ended on a positive note. Wesley was another standout staff member. Every morning, he treated us to the best breakfast experience. He was attentive and always made sure to accommodate our requests. His kindness and professionalism made each day start off perfectly. The pool on the top floor was amazing! Being able to reserve it for private family use was such a unique and luxurious experience. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is warm and friendly. Despite my parents' flight delay, which could have ruined the last day of our trip, Anna and the team saved the day and left us with wonderful memories. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

Beautiful property and condo like accommodations with the floor all to ourselves. Highest level concierge services I have experienced with transportation services to and from airport included in stay. Will definitely be back!

We were first greeted with champagne and snacks which was nice to come to from a long flight. Our room was decorated with a “happy birthday” sign which was a surprise and they accommodated that we were celebrating my daughters wedding. All the staff are friendly and very hospitable which made our stay very memorable. The hotel was clean and spacious. Love the amenities the hotel provided. We enjoyed every moment and couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are looking forward to staying again in the future. Thank you to all the staff!

I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is by far the best. The service is outstanding. Every single person who works at this hotel is genuinely nice and genuinely wants to be of service for you. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with a family or bigger party as well. The location comes with breakfast served in your room and a luxury rental as well. So your saving time and money by not having to deal with that. My wife has a gluten allergy and they went out of their way every morning to pick up gluten free baked goods (that were outstanding) for breakfast. They even went out of their way and picked up lunch from down the street and set it up pool side for us. The pool is probably the best view and set up in all of Waikiki. This hotel is so spacious, extremly clean and the amenities are very top of the line. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. This will most definitely be a frequent stop when we visit the island every year. This hotel really made our trip special. Highly highly recommend. You will not regret it.

I am so impressed with their location service. They can practically get anything you want. I didn't ask much but when I asked for babysitting service they were able to get back to me within the hour for quotes. For the price of this location, obviously, you have to be important right? Because this place made me feel that important special. I went down to get some breakfast items to take to my room. The staff followed me to my room and set up the table with plates and utensils. My son wanted chocolate milk. He offered to get it from the store downstairs. I overheard my son asking for fruits. Guess what, we thought he was done when he left but he came to rang to bring fruit. This building has few roomsfloors. You get the whole floor, so I believe they only have 12 rooms. Which made it more intimate because the bellman, valet, and staff know who you are. This level of service is spacious and will cost you. Sometimes they have offers, try to buy a costco card, because most likely you will get a $40 costco card. That's because I've been to Waikiki a few times already. I normally stay at Ritz Carlton but this one is tops it. I spent a few days trying to dry it because it wasn't dry. They quickly addressed the problem by drying it

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a great time and very happy with our stay experience. It was our third trip to Hawaii. The location was also amazing, the service was great with the luxury accommodation. We cannot say enough good things about the attention to detail and service orientation of the espacio staff. This is very necessary.
