This place was fantastic! The view was fabulous, it’s so peaceful and convenient being right in the middle of a national park, and the location made it easy to get some work done while fitting in tours and sight seeing throughout the afternoon. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant with the view is top notch. I’m so glad that I found this gem- it really was the highlight of my trip to Mesa Verde National Park

Great location! Very friendly and helpful staff at registration and in the restaurant. We enjoyed playing games in the game room, and sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view.

It’s THE place to stay while exploring Mesa Verde! We saw wild horses from our balcony/deck, and the night sky was spectacular due to minimal light pollution. And you’re that much closer to all the sites! Staff were kind, and the on-site food options were decent.

Loved staying right in Bational Park. Getting g to tours super-easy! Room with terrace has beautiful view of Dark Sky. Hot shower, nice enough shampoo etc. Loved the restaurant (Lawrence was our server). Cute amenities we didn’t get to use — billiards, library, board games. Hope to come back and stay again someday!

Only hotel on the national park grounds. Sits right on top of the mesa and all rooms have a large balcony with a gorgeous view! I was surprised that there was no tv in the room, but I guess they’re going for the rustic feel. Room was nice, clean, good gift shop in the lobby. Shower and toilet was kid size, which could be a problem for a larger person.

We enjoyed the property. The restaurant was great and service outstanding. You can’t beat the view and the location is handy to hikes and tours. We had a small balcony, just right for two. The walls are a little thin but that’s the only negative.

Nice place to stay very near Monument Valley. I forgot my hiking shoes in the room. I called them to explain and within a few day they shipped my shoes to my home. Lovely staff.
