We had about a 40min drive from Rochester Ny I had booked the Treehouse cabin 1 night for Father’s Day upon our arrival they was finishing cleaning up our cabin one of the staff members gave me my key once I got in the cabin it was beautiful came with some cooking equipment and utensils bathroom was nice the hot tub was dope even with neighbors we felt like we was the only people there everyone was respectful I will definitely be back and next time for a longer stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Treehouse Hotel! The property was absolutely stunning, and the unique treehouse experience made it feel truly special. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing to note is that the hot tub takes a few hours to fully warm up, so plan ahead. That said, it was completely worth the wait and was one of the highlights of our stay! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. 🌿✨🏡

Wonderful space. Loved the trails. Met nice people. Everyone was friendly. Unless you are an experienced fire starter, plan to have additional items to get your fires started. Fire heated tub.felt amazing and I loved being able to do it under the night sky. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

"My boyfriend and I just returned from our stay at the Finger Lakes treehouse, and it was an absolutely magical experience. It was our first time staying here, and we were blown away by how peaceful, tranquil, and gorgeous the setting is. The space is so well-thought-out and every amenity was perfect. We loved having the pond and the pigs nearby—it added such a charming, relaxing touch to our getaway. Plus, the location is ideal; everything we wanted to explore was just a 14–15 minute drive away. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet escape!"

This place is the perfect place to unwind and block out the noise. This place is just like the photos/website states. The hot tub was hot and ready as we requested. The room was nice and clean, parking was great. Check in and checkout process was painless. Def going back and also sharing with friends and family.

We recently stayed at Finger Lakes Treehouse for our anniversary getaway and overall had a very unique and memorable experience. The entire property is absolutely aesthetically beautiful and feels very peaceful and relaxing. It’s the perfect place for couples wanting to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with each other. The atmosphere is quiet, surrounded by nature, and truly feels like a little escape. You can tell a lot of thought and creativity went into the design of the property. We enjoyed our time there and created special memories during our anniversary weekend.

We stayed for 2 nights for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was amazing! Hot tub did get hot enough actually a bit too hot so we had to cool it down. Thanks for providing a hose for that! Bed is so comfortable i can not believe how much room is in the fridge and freezer area! Love that!! We only left once everything we needed was right there! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you so very much again Tabatha and Jeffrey

We had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. Whatever problem we thought we had was solved with a video. Found some good restaurants to eat at in the area. Would have liked more coat/ towel hooks and a sink in the bathroom. This is not a deal breaker. Just would have made things easier. Next time we will have the hot tub heated prior to our arrival.

My stay was super amazing! The property is very clean & relaxing, the cabin was very quiet (being no outside noise disturbing the indoor vibe) and the amenities were top notch. I will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later. I went alone because I needed personal quiet time and I got exactly that. This is perfect for couples looking for quality time together, the place gives a healthy intimate vibe. Also while here, I like to hike. The Chimney Bluff state park is about 15 mins away, which is a must, the views are breathtaking. After that hike coming back to a cozy room, hot tub or a nice fire ends the day perfectly.

Overall, this is a very neat place. The room was comfortable and the hot tub idea is pretty cool! I was a bit disappointed when we when to use the plates only to find them dirty. Not dusty dirty, but clearly not washed. I would also suggest doing something about the entrance door squeak. Otherwise 4/5.

Our experience was very good. We enjoyed our visit very much. Our room was cozy and welcoming. We had a few unique experiences that might help others to be aware of in the future. The hot water heater was very small which was fine, however, not knowing this we ran out of hot water during the first shower which left only cold water for my shower and we had a funeral to attend so that made it very inconvenient. Had we known we could have planned accordingly. Our second experience was that wiring fo one of the lights seemed to be connected incorrectly and sparks actually flew out of the wall (scary and definitely unexpected) when we touched the cord and it caused the breaker to switch to off turning off two walls of electric outlets and the tv. This was quickly addressed which we appreciated. Our villa did not have a paddle to move the water around in the hot tub and the thermometer didn’t appear to be working correctly. Keep a close eye on your water temp in the hot tub. Once it gets close to an acceptable temperature slow up on feeding your fire. The night we got it to a lovely temperature the hot tub feature was so lovely and the reason we booked at this unique property. Try some local restaurants. We went out for subs at Fork and Flame and a nice breakfast in the morning at Scrumpchies. I was hoping for a conversation about the electrical mishap in our room from the owners with some type of compensation but with the exception of that our time was enjoyable.

Parking was easy, check in was easy. The wood was uncovered and damp so it took a long time to get the fire hot for the hot tub.

I had booked a one night stay at the treehouse along with additional amenities. The amenities included a pre-lit hot tub along with a s’mores package. Shortly after checking in, we had encountered a significant snow storm. My significant other and I were unable to leave the room due to the significant snow, wind and wind chill outside. I went to use the shower, toilet and sink and found all of the pipes to be frozen. The hot tub never came up to temperature and froze over. The fire pit was froze over and covered in snow. I contacted the on-call representative at 11:32pm that evening. The representative told me that if I left immediately that they could cancel my stay and give a full refund. I told the representative of my situation and that it was extremely unsafe to leave due to the weather. I was told that management would call me the following day. I never received a phone call, which I was first promised. Instead, I received an email for a $100 refund with $100 credit towards a future stay. I called back today since I never received a call since.I was told that the refund was issued (without even receiving a phone call as I was promised) and that the resort/spa would reach back out to me (again). I decided to call Expedia, myself, this afternoon and explained my whole situation/requested a full refund once again. The representative contacted the resort/spa and was told there was nothing that could be done. I feel like my money was stolen from me. I will NOT be returning.

Toilet was clogged and we contacted to the hotel to ask for help. However they advised no one couldn't come until next day morning. Hot water stopped and cold water came out during taking shower. Horrible experience with the stay
