Our stay was amazing!! We will definitely come back next year! The room had all things you needed like a horn away from home. My family stayed in a 2 bedroom that had such comfy couches and fit 6 people perfectly. We made breakfast lunch and dinner and had a bbq in the recreation area, which also had everything we needed. The property is so clean and has an awesome beach area for volleyball, pool was clean and staff were so cute! She had her baby in the office who was adorable and they were so nice! 12/10!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Fully loaded kitchen with dishes for a small family. The staff was friendly and the pool was heated! We stayed on the mountain side (the pool is on this side). It was a quick walk to the crosswalk to get to the beach side. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great place to spend our anniversary with a private beach, pier, and great views. Our lakeside lodge was set up perfectly for a quick getawate including being able to fix our own meals.

Everything was functional, clean, easy. Great location, and the lake was beautiful. We were a bit disappointed that we booked a lakeside view but weren’t directly at the lake

We had a great stay at Franciscan Lakeside Lodge! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the private beach with beautiful Lake Tahoe views was a huge plus. We also loved that Kings Beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops, and lake activities. A wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway—we would definitely stay here again!

My stay was excellent. It was better than I expected. The cottage was perfect size, right by the water. It had a full bed and sofa bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, cups, plates and pots. It had an electric fireplace that kept the room at the perfect temperature. I would book here again every time.

The cabin was super comfy very quaint. Amazing beaches front perfect for launching our kayaks. The only issue was something we found on top the shower wall staff quickly took care of it.

Based on a couple of reviews that were less than optimal, we were not sure what to expect. However we were delighted with the property! The check in was efficient and staff very friendly. We had reserved a studio, which was clean, delightfully decorated with all amenities needed! The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly but that was the only detraction. The location was really great…only a few steps to the lake! The property is close to a grocery store and several nice restaurants. An added benefit is that is away from the crowds of King’s Beach! We will certainly rent at this property on our next visit.
