The hotel is very recommended. The room is very beautiful, very comfortable, complete with a fireplace. There is a jacuzzi and an indoor pool. Everything is pretty and the staff is very friendly and hospitable.

My granddaughter, who is ten years old, and I couldnt have asked for a warmer, more pleasant location to escape. We went up there to spend a day in Santas Village and needed a cozy, cozy setting. We received more than we had anticipated. The room was homeroom 109 and was elegantly decorated. The fireplace was excellent, and the room temperature was never too hot or too cold. I also judge a place based on the quality of its towels, which were like those found at a premium luxury resort. Leave the towels, though! The bed was cozy, and the room was completely quiet. We utilized the indoor pool and jacuzzi just a few steps from our room. Id undoubtedly return. Snow Valley ski resort is a short 10minute drive away. Although the nearby pizza shop was excellent, they do not deliver, so if you are feeling lazy, it is well worth the stopover to have dinner in your room. Everything is available in a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room! The proprietors are lovely individuals who make you feel like you are at home.

This hotel has a quiet environment, it is also relaxing. The room is nice and comfortable. They provide a microwave and small fridge. The service here is very friendly, even though it's a tiny town but it's close to Lake Arrowhead and also not far from Big Bear Lake.

I will return! My daughter and I stayed in a charming rustic cabin. The interior was rustic but had all the amenities. The grounds are beautiful and shaded by oak and pine trees. There is also a creek that runs through a shaded park. The owners are helpful and friendly, and they even let us hold two new puppies they had just adopted. Our two night visit was wonderfully relaxing.

I got up from Santa Monica with my parents and laws. Loved this place. Clean, friendly staff, super convenient, cozy and very family friendly. Bar I outside the room and beautiful sitting area by a fish pond and water feature.
