It was snowy there when we got there didn’t expect that but it was also up in the mountains so i didn’t mind it one bit. The staff was great and kind. The cabin was perfect.

The main lodge is lovely. The camp store was excellent. The views are breathtaking. The hike to the lake was somewhat challenging, but it was well worth the effort. The site had nice firepits and a sitting area outside. The cabin 1 where we stayed needs some tactic. Glass in the entrance window was broken, as was the second broken window in the sleeping area upstairs. Floors are level and sinking. The front door was level and difficult to open and close. Mold and water damage in the bathroom. Overall, there's plenty of good things that could have been fixed before renting out.

This place has so much to explore for all ages, the staff serve you like family. They also have a gift shop that is really cute. The food and service were also so good.

At 10, 500 feet, these fun, rustic cabins have personality. Each is distinctive. Some have filtered views of a beautiful lake a mile away. Frig, stove, and cabinets are pet-friendly. It was difficult to communicate with the employees at first because the walk-in talkies they gave didn't work. Once we connected, they responded promptly. Excellent personnel.

This is a nice place with a wood burning stove and beautiful views. This is the best place to spend a long time, enjoy the beautiful views, and get good hospitality from other friendly people. We travelled from Alaska to visit relatives.

this a no frills cabin! not many outlets for charging devices if your on the move. also missing curtains for windows in the cabin 15 i stayed in. was a lil creepy having lights on at night with no cabins in some of the windows downstairs. other than that it was nice for the location.

Came to check in and there was a power outage through no fault of the lodge. At the time there was no running water but I was charged $2.00 each for a bottle of water. I understand when things are beyond your control but you should make some compensation or rate reduction for inconvenience. The power did come on at 9:00 pm that night which was great. My boys and I loved the cabin and the price was very reasonable. We brought our pet and the person at the front desk was very worried that we wouldn’t come back to pay the extra $40 since it wasn’t billed yet and the register wasn’t working without power. He drove by the cabin an hour later to let me know their generator had the register working so I could go pay for my dog fee. I was there for two nights and fully intended to pay the fee since I had emailed earlier in the week reminding them that I needed to add it to my cost. Overall my kids and I rated the stay an 8 out of 10, there were just a couple of things that could have been better

Cabin was very clean. Would have helped to have some sort of cleaning supplies to wipe down counters and tables. There were broken windows and the door had a huge crack making it a bit drafty. Overall for a spur of the moment camping trip it met our needs perfectly.

The hot water in cabin 14 didn’t work. Some of the staff didn’t seem to know much about the cabins or surrounding area. But they were very polite. The lake was beautiful but the hike back up was a little rough for those out of shape, very worth it though. The store didn’t real have much to offer as far as food, not even milk and the restaurant doesn’t even use milk. We would definitely stay again.

Scenery was beautiful !!! But cabins are rundown, much need of renovation & repairs. Over priced for what get and added fees at check in.
