Outstanding customer service. Very disappointed with the late night noise in the hallway’s after hours. I will definitely look into a floor that might have less kid activity. Maybe a senior or an adult floor.

This place is amazing from the directions to get there until exiting your stay. I forgot to inform the staff that I have a fear of heights so they would not book me for a room that was high up. As soon as I arrived the young lady at the desk accommodated me and my family immediately. I wish I had remembered her name but the entire front desk staff was awesome. Our room was super clean, the food was super delicious and the grandkids had a super time. This place is definitely for kids first but the grown ups have just as much fun. Take your time and tour the entire building. If you want a quick getaway that involves water and relaxation, Great Wolf Lodge will definitely do that for you. Have a card handy though because they do not take cash anywhere. Maybe a couple of cards. We will be back soon.

2 adults and 3 children (5, 10, 13). The staff at Great Wolf Lodge are PHENOMENAL! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. I loved all the activities for the kids. The text message service was great to get extra blankets and toiletries. Food was delicious and the room with the bunk beds was too cool! My only recommendation would be for the hotel to change the mattress for the sleeper couch. It is incredibly thin and flimsy. My son (13) chose to sleep on the cushions of the couch rather than the pull-out bed due to this. We covered them with sheets and it worked out well. Thank you for a wonder stay!

The experience was magical. The staff are highly trained and made the experience unforgettable to my children. It was easy to navigate the facility. The customer service was above average. We loved the theme and everything surrounding it whether it was hidden or out in the open. It was like a scavenger hunt. The indoor water park was unmatched! The thoroughness to ensure safety to all visitors was obvious (and appreciated). This was a 10/10 experience for our family.

Download the app. Make dinner reservations. Buy the packages. Outside cabana is worth every penny. For as many kids - it’s honestly really clean and well kept. Bring your pocketbook and pack your patience. Kids had a blast. 2 adults / 3 kids, 2 nights. Free wolf ears in candy store.
