I would really go here again to put the noisy people with dogs in the back end in the front end they have people with no pet stay in the front. We were in room 207 the whole night till we left was peace and quiet he might need new batteries in a remote. I’m trying to use the TV, but I learn I keep it 100% stay again compared to other ones I’ve been at super eight ain’t too sweet because their beds are uncomfortable. They have no stoppers for taking a bath down the hallway smell like weed noisy but I would stay here 100% again.

Breakfast is a joke nothing to serve. Staff didn’t seem to care all night long. The facility was loud and combative. The new owners don’t seem to have a hospitality mentality to make this an enjoyable place.

Had some trouble checking in, did not get the room we reserved, and our room was not ready (no towels, no soap, dirty floor from fan repair). We also noticed as we were going to bed that the smoke alarm was dangling from the ceiling, disconnected.

Well first of all we were given the wrong room not once but two times. So not only did we walk in on one people in one room it happened to but intruding two separate people in two rooms. I was like really REALLY ! AHHH ! BUT on the 3rd try she finally got it right ! Also the room cost 50.00$ online but when I got there I was charged for $75 cash fee extra because something might happen to the room. So I paid the fee. Really I thought. Also I asked for extra towels so I could take a shower right away and the take one in to morning. The lady said they don't do things like that.Then we got in to the room oh boy this place is run down the bed had a whole bunch of trash under it. The bed posts had fabric chipping off it every where. The tv didn't work and the water for the shower took forever to heat up. Just a very run down place. The only plus side was the bed it was soft. I would say enter at your own risk oh yeah they don't have a pool like it was listed it's under construction they have different plans for it now so basically they probably won't even have a pool or don't have one.

The room was really musty! Didn’t have the air conditioner or any air. The big thing was there were holes in the sheets and there was no real breakfast

The outlets in the bathroom and the entry way of the room did not work at all. There was black mold on the window and by the air conditioning unit.

This property is going through transitions with ownership. I called to say we would check in around 9 pm and it sounded like they would cancel our room so we switched our plans arrived at 5:30. Came in to check in and a guest interrupted and said the bedding was dirty & blood on it so they needed another room. We struggled with check in, finally got everything communicated agreed two night stay, got 1 key. Room was clean yet smelled of cigarettes, we were told nonsmoking room. We went to music festival and came back to sleep, when awake wanted to take showers and go for breakfast. No towels in room; Cold cereal and milk even though they have 2 waffle irons. I went to front desk to get bath towels no towels available. I asked when there would be some available and was told not today. Ok I am used to camping so I improvised. We left Hotel for the day and came back around 8:30 pm husband couldn’t get into room asked front desk checked key went into room and none of our stuff was there, but someone’s else’s stuff was there. I went to front desk clerk said because I didn’t check in at 3 pm we were kicked out of our reservation. I confirmed upon check it was 2 nights. I said on the app I’m booked for 2 days, she said the room is occupied and hotel is sold out. You will call Expedia to get your refund. I said I really just want our belongings and we will drive home; took awhile but finally found our stuff was in a clear garbage bag. This was a very hard experience I wish on no one.

We checked in then checked out 10 minutes later. Room was dirty and bedding was dirty and walls had damage along with the furniture. When we checked in, they told us there was only a double queen room for us, I had already paid for a King Room 2 weeks prior. After a few tense moments of debating, they put us in a King Room that looked like someone had showered in there an hour prior.

Don't do it! We made our reservation a week and a half in advance of our arrival. We were tired and ready to call it a night. They said "sorry"...all sold out. Despite our reservation. We had to try and find alternate accommodations at 9pm. Not helpful and unconcerned.

Wish I could give negative stars. This place is absolutely awful. Dirty, broken mess. My daughter stayed there and the reviews are absolutely made up. The place is filthy. There was mouse droppings, shower was broken, cigarette burns, just gross. She was told they’ve only been open for 5 days. WTH! I contacted expedia and tried to call the place but no one ever answers. Oh and the “breakfast “ nope! There is none

I had a horrid stay.. first didn't get the room I reserved the room I got was full of bed bugs not cleaned at all things broken hole in wall stained carpeting had to go in middle of night to ask for toilet paper got no sleep.. I have pics and video.. when I checked out I gave the guy a cup with bed bugs in it told him all the problems over all said next time request 2nd floor it's much cleaner n cracked a joke... Didn't offer a refund or anything... Also he said they don't charge a deposit for 1 night stays but earlier in the week I also stayed 1 night and was charged a $75.00 deposit and still have not been returned that to my card.... I have never been so angry and disgusted by this type of situation ever in my life... Nobody should ever have to experience that..

They over booked the hotel and sold our room to someone else. They did not communicate to us or have any contact telling us they sold our room. Very poor service.

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut (no longer aligned properly or something). The bathroom fan which automatically turned on with the light switch sounded like it was going to blow up. My husband found cockroaches in the AC control box when he went to turn it on. The mattresses were comfortable enough, but I were covered in plastic bags that make a loud crinkling noise any time someone moved, like the sound of a tarp being bunched up. My son had a very restless sleep, so this was an annoyance all night. Hotel was dirty. Continental breakfast was basically nothing. We booked this for $60 on Expedia, but they did not have our Expedia reservation and they charged us twice that. It was maybe tolerable for $60, but definitely not $125. THE STAFF WAS GREAT THOUGH!

The room looked good at the surface, at checkin, Cause housekeeping just cleaned the room. Got in the room and found out not so clean. Blood stains inside the lamp shade, on toilet paper roll, garbage under the desk, and one of the covers for the plugs was missing. The checked people into your room twice. The Continental breakfast, everything moldy. The pool was under maintenance but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever! We were suppose to check out today, but ended up checking out on Wednesday cause couldn't take no more! Supposed to get my deposit back and a full refund, but nothing yet! I wouldn't even let my worst enemy stay there! So bad, I've NEVER experienced anything like this before!
