Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant.

Hotel was brand new. Issue with reservations resolved by Tiare. Bell service excellent. Front desk staff were helpful but key card initially not programmed correctly. Housekeeping on request and forgot to order but room cleaned and towels refreshed regardless. Room beautiful but configuration a bit unusual. Double doors to bathroom a plus. Large large foyer could have been repurposed to square footage as the room configuration was odd. Pool hours should be expanded it is 10 am - 8 pm, should be 8 am - 10 pm

The property had just opened 2 weeks before my stay. Everything was so fresh and new. The location was perfect for the business I needed to accomplish. Although i traveled solo there were many families enjoying the property. The staff were all friendly, efficient, and helpful. Special thanks to CJay for making me feel part of the ohana, for Manager Dave for his extra kindnesses, to all the front desk staff, cooks, and cleaners.

Room was clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good but would have liked more local dishes. Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay $40 a day for parking !

The property was brand new, clean, and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is their parking rate. As a local, doing a staycation, we are arriving with our car, and the rate seemed high.

Front desk lacked customer service Ignored customer service when I was checking in, gave me a bad view from my unit (I knew there were other similar units with better views available and was not asked for a preference) Also, when I inquiry about the properties services per answers were unpleasant as if she was bothered by me asking

This is a new property and is clearly well run and cared for. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities promised. Poolside was relaxing. The staff was kind, but they clearly looked down upon 3rd party bookings and made more than one comment. Be aware that parking on premises is not free. Expedia doesn’t publish this on their site. $42/day and street parking will be ticketed. Even on a Sunday!

I traveled with a dog; which they charged a substantial fee for even though my dog is well trained. Additionally, they placed another dog next door and that dog proceeded to bark knowing my dog was next door. Such a silly way to do business. Also there aren’t enough signs saying room numbers and elevators. And the lobby cools do with a partition to separate the only entrance/exit from this dining. The overall layout was strange.

Hotels.com advertised a king and twin bed suite w kitchen and balcony. No such room. Hotel gave us two queen bed suite w kitchen and no balcony. We stayed for two nights. The full day we were there the pool closed because someone threw up in it and they had to shock it. Otherwise it was a nice hotel w decent staff but they should have given extra perks since they did not have what we wanted. Even if it was an extra night so we could enjoy the pool at least. Hopefully they will get better at customer service. I would stay there again because the beds were very comfortable.

We liked everything about the property except the pool .. The pool Was very warm not cold at all vey disappointing especially on a hot summer day .. felt itchy like it wasn’t cleaned properly.. had hair and rubbish in the pool .. and this was only at 1 pm on a Tuesday.,
