Apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Very spacious and well stocked. Location was excellent and within close walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was hot and humid during our stay and the air conditioning in the apartment worked very well keeping the space cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Austin.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Our room had lake and city view. Location is just nothing to complain. Communication is prompt and to the problem solving. We did have issues to check in, but easily solved by real people. We did use the kitchen n washer dryer. It is good for us. Yes, things start to show nicknack, not fresh anymore. It is more like home, not hotel. What I can see improvements will be a towel rack to rest all wet towels for next usage before laundry just like at home we do.

The location for us was ideal. We have kiddos at UT and scheduled meetings downtown, so we were within a short drive to that and walking distance to great restaurants. The area is safe for walking and well lit. The logistics of unloading, entering the building, entering the rental, then parking was tedious and a bit frustrating. Once you’ve done it a few times, you’ll get the hang of it. If they could make it smoother, it would be wonderful because there’s nothing as frustrating as trying to exit a garage when the scanner won’t read your pass or digging through your purse because you have your building pass but failed to memorize your door code. The rental unit is clean and spacious. The beds and bedding are comfortable and the kitchen and laundry are very convenient. It’s nice to have a spacious closet for luggage and shopping bags. Tripping over a suitcase in a cramped hotel room is no fun, so we took full advantage of the walk-in closets. An upgrade to fluffier towels & spare box of tissues would be appreciated as would a few complimentary bottles of water. There are several televisions, but guests must login to their personal streaming services in order to watch programs. The “concierge” is friendly and the lobby area is well lit. Coffee in the lobby would be a nice addition. They have a water dispenser in the lobby but no cups. Overall, I recommend Kasa. For a brief overnight, I’d probably stay in a hotel, but Kasa is ideal for an extended stay and for families.

Great location and property (although after realizing how many great live music spots were in the Red River district/Red River St, we'd have preferred staying in one of the many lodging options on Neches/Red River St), easy to walk to, lots of eating options nearby, and the bat bridge is a short hop away. Check in- the only thing is that if you're hoping for an early entry, you won't get a code until 3:50 pm on the dot. We didn't ask for early entry, but were hoping maybe the system would give us the code once the cleaners left. Not a huge deal, as we left our bags at the W hotel right around the corner from the Kasa entrance (they didn't ask if we were staying there, we just asked them to hold our bags -- we tipped them $10 for it). Other notes - shower pressure was ok, the little balcony was perfect to watch the river and enjoy the breeze, the pool was cold (mid April is still chilly) but perfect to sunbathe, and the Kasa owns 3 entire floors of the building, so you often ran into other Kasa guests in the elevator, which made for nice conversation (if you so choose). King-sized bed was super comfy esp after a long day of walking.

This large 2 bedroom condo on the 16th floor was in a great locations with lots of good restaurants nearby. It was central to everywhere we went in Austin. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was so comfortable, I had a hard time getting out of it. The place was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Highly recommend getting a river view with a balcony so you get a view of the bat bridge at night. Host was in frequent communication and sent housekeeping the same day for a couple of items we needed. Parking was tricky at first, but convenient and well priced considering the in and out privileges. Review your instructions before entering the garage because cell service cuts out upon entry. Felt like a home for a few days and we'd go back for sure.

Amazing location and it was HUGE, wonderful surprise. Very clean, great bathroom, appreciated the full length mirror and the provided detergent with washer + dryer. Kasa is always quick to respond to any questions I have. I exclusively stay with Kasa wherever I go and this one on 2nd street is the best one here in Austin. Always very reasonable priced and you get way more than you’d think. Will definitely be back!!

The location was great - it was a nice part of downtown, easily walkable to restaurants, coffee, 6th Street, Lady Bird Walk/Biking trail, and the Cap Metro bike stations. The place was so spacious, perfect for our family of 4, and had a beautiful view of the city. We had a car, so we paid for the convenient parking garage. On the first floor entrance lobby, we were able to get free coffee and fill up our water bottles. We had no issues at all with checking in to the apartment, we just followed the instructions that were provided. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
