The room was very clean, nice fridge, k cup, a pot and pan, toaster and plates/ cups and silver ware. Lots of towels and storage in the room. I was obsessed with the deck on the water and sat out there reading half the trip! The pool is also very nice and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and an easy walk to lots of coffee/ ice cream/ and restaurants ! Perfect location.

The aesthetic of the cottages is quintessential beach chic, which I appreciate. We stayed in one of the Key Lime cottages which had plenty of space for two people. Sunsets here are hard to beat and if you're a birder, there is a crazy amount of waterfowl that come right up to the docks. The bathroom is very nice and the beds are comfortable. The pool is great but can get crowded with kids. The location is very close to many stores and restaurants on Main and Maddox. I would definitely stay here again.

We paid the premium to stay at Key West Cottages as compared to other properties in Chincoteague because of the location, property amenities and all of the great reviews. With two young kids we wanted a place we could relax and enjoy without having a schedule or planning too many activities around the island. It met and even exceeded our expectations. We saw them clean the pool each morning and walk around the property to do daily maintenance to keep the property pristine. We all loved the pool and beautiful beach on the bay (we even saw dolphins one evening at sunset!). If you can afford it and will take advantage of the amenities, we definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time. We're pretty sure they kept the heater on in the pool, in the middle of a heatwave though. It was a good time and their attention to detail, even down to raking out the pathways, it was something wonderful to see. Thank you for a great experience. I'm sure we'll be back.

Will be coming here every single time me and my bf are in Assateague moving forward. I have no complaints other than how I wish I could stay another night. Everyone was so friendly and communicated well when I had my own problems, getting things figured out before we even arrived. I really appreciate the cleanliness and fun that the property provides

Property was great and very clean. Overall if guests are staying longer than a weekend management should probably send someone in just to tidy up, refill toilet paper and coffee etc.

The property was magnificent. Our cottage had a perfect layout maximizing a small footprint perfectly so it felt roomy. The pool was clean, water temp was excellent. The outdoor space is all landscaped perfectly. The beach area was set up perfectly for viewing the sunset. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The property was clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. One of our favorite parts was relaxing by the pool and enjoying the beautiful water views. The location was also a huge plus—it was convenient to town, making it easy to walk to dinner and explore the area without needing to drive. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, a beautiful setting, and a convenient location. We look forward to coming back!

Spent 1 night in a two bedroom cottage poolside. Absolutely perfect property (gorgeously planned and landscaped, oyster shell pathways, etc.), amenities (corn hole, outdoor swimming pool, free bikes, etc.) and friendly/helpful staff. Would have loved to stay longer! This place is a true gem. It may seem a little pricey but it is well worth it for all the amenities on the property, the beautiful location (sunset was awesome) and the relaxing vibe.
