Had a great time. Great place to stay. Central to every thing. Very affordable. The condo owner of unit A101 (Ellen). Has a binder with helpful tips and suggestions of point of interest. Pool hot tub was nice. The grounds keeper was out daily keeping the place clean. Scoop worth staying here.

Very nice and comfortable condominium, which was fully equipped. It was centrally located close to the stores and beaches. Very nice stay and definitely recommend to everyone.

I was actually moved to the Kauhale Makai, another property owned by the same people. My review is of that hotel, which is on the ocean, unlike the Kihei Bay Vista.

Loved loved loved it here. We were in room 525 and woke up to see the ocean everyday. Two minute walk to the beach and we watched the sunset. It was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location and great price. I've only been back home for two days and I'm ready to go back.

Awesome condo right across the street from the beach. Condo was stocked with kitchen and laundry supplies, and a closet full of beach supplies: chairs, floaties, and even snorkel gear. Parking was easy! The condo uses keyless entry, and there's no need to go to the office for check in or out.

We were originally scheduled for this property but added a day and was switched to another property that looked better than the original. Village by the Sea was FANTASTIC! The night people did not get the update and gave us bad information on the address and access. After we convinced them of their mistake they got it fixed but it took us 2 hours to finally get us to our room.

This isn't a hotel, but a vacation condo, owned by real people who rent their condo out to vacationers when they are not there. It was warm and inviting. We rented 2 as we ere there for a wedding. Both were different but also similar. Hawaii can be expensive, but these condos have a full kitchen so you can have lunch and breakfast there and save your money for a big dinner. This is right across from the beach and convenient to everything. Since people will not be coming in to clean everyday, you can leave your stuff without worry. Mine had all the beach toys you could want along with lots of towels. A great stay and a great location.

L'unità che ci viene destinata dalla struttura è situata a Kihei sulla South Kihei Road. L'unità è superiore alle nostre aspettative, pulizia ottima, spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutto, persino del frighetto termico portatile. Posizione ottima come base di partenza per visitare la stupenda isola di Maui. L'unità è composta da un ampio soggiorno vista mare con flat LDD tv, wi fi gratuita , la cucina è dotata di qualsiasi confort, tutto è pulitissimo. Un piccolo corridoio separa la zona notte costituita da una camera matrimoniale, il bagno purtroppo non ha la doccia, ma solo la vasca con doccia. Al nostro arrivo apprendiamo che l'intera isola è in allerta a causa dell'uragano che si è imperversato sulla vicina isola di Big Island e ora sta minacciando Maui, quindi al supermarket tutti fanno razzia e l'acqua scarseggia. L'uragano poi non arriva , fortunatamente. Il personale al front desk è di poche parole e poco cortese, abbiamo comunque un buon contatto trovato mia mail contattando direttamente la struttura, Mrs. Marina che si presta a fornirci con estrema puntualità tutte le info di cui abbiamo bisogno. Unica pecca, trattandosi di un'unità inserita in un condo, non vengono mai effettuate le pulizie durante il nostro soggiorno di 8 notti. Prima dell'arrivo ci viene comunicato via mail il codice di accesso per sbloccare la serratura elettronica di accesso all'unità.
