We stayed in a newly renovated and totally updated room. Very cool design and really comfortable with nice art work. The room also had several electronics that enhanced our stay. First rate and friendly staff

The staff at Laguna Riviera were so welcoming, helpful, and kind! We enjoyed the beautiful bedroom view of the coast, the relaxing sound of the ocean, the complimentary coffee bar, and most of all, the hot tub area! We are so pleased with our experience here and would definitely recommend this resort to our friends. We will be back next time we are in the area!

We arrived late on a Thursday and our car was greeted by a staff member who helped up check in with ease. That set the tone for the next several days we spent there. We knew we were picking a smaller room with no view but it was very comfortable with a lovely balcony that looked on the hills. The room amenities and linens were all excellent. The only issue was not being able to open the curtains to the room because it looked onto a walk way. The resort was quiet and calming even though it was on a main thoroughfare. Each morning we walked down to the beach and enjoyed the chairs or took a walk. We enjoyed the lovely pool and hot tub each day along with the tea and coffee station available. The price and location, both on the water and in the heart of Laguna Beach, was why we picked this hotel, but the staff and amenities are why we will be returning!

Old, cold and sad. Only redeeming thing was curly brunette consigliere. Best front desk person I’ve ever met. Daytime lady yelled at everyone using door to pool. It was funny, then sad. Room was old and tired, the view was great but the only rebrewing thing absolutely this place was one amazing employee.
