Very close to beach.Fishing. Relaxing cooking on full kitchen.Not very good laundry options so bring extra clothes and skip laundry.

Beautiful gated hotel right on the beach. It has beach access but there is a big ol mound of soft sand you have to climb to get there, I imagine it could cause trouble for elderly or handycap. Other than that the property is amazing.

The resort is conveniently located close to anything you might need that you didn’t bring with you. It’s a very clean, secure and safe facility which I appreciate as a senior traveling alone. The property is somewhat private as no other buildings or homes are within eyesight. We were able to take family photos on the property as the ambiance was perfect for beach/vacation photos. I love having a full kitchen in my room and private boardwalk access to the beach was fabulous. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter lives on the island and I visit from Boerne often and stay in hotels for privacy when I’m visiting multiple nights. I would enjoy staying at Lively Beach more frequently however, the price point would need to be lower to enable frequent stays.

One of the rooms was really hot. No AC in it. Wasn't very clean but we will be back. Great pool, great amenities, so convenient to get to the beach.

Quality property with easy access to the beach. Nice heated pool. Good amenities around the property. No gym though. Also, no easy way to dry wet swim gear if your unit does not have a balcony.

Pool view, great staff. We enjoyed the activities they provided. Also rented a golf cart we rode on the beach but you can also just walk the boardwalk straight to the beach

Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. There was music played by the property that was suitable for everyone but overshadowed by the other music.

We love this place. We stayed for Christmas and they had activities for us and kids. We just went for an over night stay last weekend and it was great. We are going to book again in October. Highly recommended

would have been better with complimentary breakfast. Also, property has wonderful clean pool. Would have been better with a mini bar n snacks counter. I would definitely visit again.
