NIcely decorated lodge and cabins near the Lochsa River. Very quiet and comfortable. The trout I had for dinner was excellent.

Beautiful quiet location. Rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet. Grounds were beautiful and well cared for. Each staff member was kind and gracious. The restaurant food was surprisingly good for the location.

Property was amazing. You really feel unplugged while you’re there. The only thing was they didn’t have enough staff on hand for the restaurant. But the food was delicious and that Huckleberry Cheesecake was delicious.

Had a wonderful dinner. Just a heads up, if you order the Brussel sprouts appetizer, be ready to feed at least 4 people….the plate is HUGE!

What a wonderful gem we found in a far away place! We absolutely loved the rustic but comfortable layout of the property. The cabin we stayed in was cozy and had a bathroom with shower. The general store had anything we needed and we enjoyed having dinner and a drink in the onsite restaurant/bar. Plenty of activities to do including games, hiking, movies and nearby hot springs! We are looking forward to our next stay!

On-site restaurant - food we had at dinner was delicious and staff was excellent. Would be nice if they included a mini-fridge and/or microwave in room.

It is everything I loved about rustic camping, but upgraded with comfortable vacation amenities. Amazing place to unplug, not many places in the US exist like this anymore.

Check in was easy. The lodges are adorable. Off grid for cell service unless you are connected to the wifi and inside the main lodge. The views were spectacular and the staff was very helpful with directions to the hot springs. The resturaunt was delicious 10/10 would eat there again.

We had a great time there and I really enjoyed the staff. They come from all over the United States so it's a fun eclectic group. The important thing is to know that they function on Mountain Standard Time even though they are technically in the Pacific time zone. This caused us some problems the first day. Also their website says that they have their front office open until 10:00 p.m. and that wasn't true either. When I called that day they were only going to be open till 9:00. This meant we were very close to a cutoff of not having any help to check in the first night. They have a remote option of just leaving your key at the cabin, but none of this was spelled out to me prior. Also, because I didn't know about the mountain time change we ended up being an hour later than I thought we would be. So as long as you're aware of this little snag, the rest of the experience is very pleasant! They have a good restaurant and be advised this is the only place to eat that isn't at least 45 minutes away! If you want to be in the woods and really away from the hustle and bustle this is a great place to do it!

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the lodge! We loved everything about it... the classic log cabins, immersed in nature and so peaceful, absolutely delicious and such flavorful food! We so enjoyed and made the most of the fire place in our cabin - such a great touch, along with the covered porch! Very comfortable beds. The restrooms and showers are very nice and super clean. The lodge location along the river, and the outside area by the main lodge which has firepit, swing, space to gather, eat and play is awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful! This is our new go-to stay when in the area or passing through! Definitely recommend it any time of the year!
