Was very satisfied with our stay . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, clean and very friendly place to stay. Our room was unbelievably large and had great view.

No ac, just open air w the balcony and air purifier. Fireplace worked, As Paris Hilton says, “It’s Beyond”. Meaning, the stay and experience was over the top amazing! Cleanliness, the staff, (check in) I forgot her name but she was super polite, understanding, helpful and pleasant. We have never stayed at a hotel like this, it was a whole new experience of high class. The hotel itself was super clean, our room was very beyond! Clean and soft sheets, towels, floor, furniture, very comfortable bed, ( my kids were out and snoring) i slept amazing too. The shower….. OMG was perfect! The water was hot fast, roomy and the room had a lot of space. All in all, id stay here again and only here. Thank you for a great time!!!!

We just love staying at the lodge at Angel fire. The hotel and room are always clean with ample space. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and hard working (especially Phillip at the front desk). My boys absolutely love the pool and hot tub. And, not to mention the incredible location in Angel fire. This was our 4th or 5th visit and we have never found anything to complain about.

The room was very clean and spacious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location provided convenient access to the ski resort. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The only suggestion I would offer is to consider updating the bed sheets. The room itself is nicely renovated and very comfortable, but newer linens would make the experience even better.

You can't beat the location. And they have entertaining activities each day for the kids, and a nice hot tub and pool.

Loved the location! Being on the slopes was very convenient. Rooms are large with plenty of storage for gear. Front desk was very courteous and very quick to address all needs. The coffee shop on site was a great warm up after being out in the cold. The other restaurants onsite were a bit pricy. Only complaint is they need to do something about heat in the pool areas. The pool and hot tub are indoors but it is SO cold in that room that it makes it hard to actually enjoy them.

There was no A/C in our room, only a box fan . The temperature in our room was uncomfortably warm. Staff was friendly when I inquired about getting a room with A/C, but no other rooms were available. It may not be uncommon for hotels in NM not to have A/C in all their rooms we were just not accustomed to that and our family didn’t sleep well as a result . Luckily , we only stayed one night , but it would’ve been a major issue had we booked this room for longer.

Old and worn out. The elevator goes so slow and is hot, it needs to be updated. Some woman had a dog who pooped all over the report twice in front of our room. The maids didn’t come and clean the room the first day even after calling and being told they would come. We had no towels so they made me fill out a form and go to the front desk and get pool towels to use and if I don’t return them I would be charged. We will never stay here again. The website is very deceiving. Don’t eat at the country club either down the street we all got sick. Raw hamburger meat in the burgers, paid for it all anyway. No one was there and now I know why, it was extremely gross.

This place was a complete joke Stay away! They do not have central heat. We almost froze to death. The room was very small and extremely noisy. Restaurants terrible and expensive. Tried hard to make it work but really a dud! Only bright spot was the coffee shop and its friendly employees.
