The front desk staff is very good. I love living here. This place is a nice and luxurious place to live.

We would strongly recommend it. We have lived in one sixty madridridding for two years, and it is a fantastic building. There are frequent events such as wine tastings and the amazing rooftop party on july 4th. The staff is polite and professional.

One sixty madison is an outstanding apartment building. Its difficult to know where to begin. The lobby, common areas, and amenities are always spotless. And i mean always. There is no comparison between the rooftop view and other buildings. Every employee at the front desk is courteous and attentive. They make a point of learning who you are right away after you enter. When you walk into the building, the receptionists greet you (often by name) and arent staring at their phones like some buildings do. Surprisingly quick service is provided. Wine tastings, live music, food classes, oyster bars at dusk are all excellent events hosted by the structure. Finding opulent buildings in new york city that lives up to the expectations created by images and descriptions posted on the website is challenging. One Sixtying morgan consistently meets and often exceeds those expectations.

Since the building opened, we have had a corporate apartment, and it has been incredibly satisfying. The front desk staff is excellent, they are courteous and competent. Any issues are resolved quickly and the structure is always immaculate. We will miss being here.

The facilities are well worth the money. The wonderful Curated People lifestyle team, which includes vitoria, sherri, and other staff, is what truly makes this building stand out as a fun and unique place to call home. They create unforgettable events such as wine tastings, pizza making parties, private baristas visiting breweries, drag performances, trivia nights, comedians performing, musicians, game nights. Not to mention great holiday parties like the 4th of July party, where nycs fireworks are truly the best fireworks display. Additionally, they have fantastic recommendations for nearby eateries or bars.

Finding an apartment in new york city can be a stressful experience, but debra and the leasing staff at one sixty madrider have been amazing and very responsive. Finding our new home here was quick and easy. The units are beautiful and there are unmatched views from both the units and rooftop. From the moment we walked into the apartments we decided on the spot we wanted to live after looking at over 40 other buildings.
