Spacious room and excellent communication. You need to be aware of what you are getting. This is a house that rents individual rooms within the house OR two bedrooms to rent the entire unit. You will get a clean room with two queen beds along with a shared but spacious kitchen (well-equipped), living room, dining room, and bathroom. The bathroom is older but clean. This is an historic bungalow, but is very safe and very clean. Also, the owner is an excellent communicator and very helpful. You will check in with information you obtain onsite once you get there. A good value and great comfort for a family.

Very nice and happy experience! The location is great if you want to have a trip near Hollywood. The conditions of the house are good, too. As for the traffic, we can have Uber at any time. Overall, it's a good place for you to stay in your vacation time! 很棒的体验！地理位置很方便，离好莱坞周边的景点非常近。房子的整体条件很不错。我们打Uber很方便，所以交通也不是问题。总体来说，这是一个度假的好住处！

I arrived to the property about 3 hours early hoping I could check in. Not realizing that it was a small private home. When I did, Gia the owner was sitting in the front yard under a wonderful sun tent they have set up in the front yard with a table a chairs underneath perfect for a summer eve dinner or chillin out after a long hot day with family or friends. She greeted me with a smile on her face and so generously said no problem!!!!! Needless to say I had no trouble at all checking in early! Honestly, everything I needed or asked for was quickly accomodated personally by Gia. She was more than gracious and helpful. She has everything ready and in place for people to arrive and seamlessly check in whether she is there to get you settled or whether you are doing a "self check-in". She has made everything and anything a simple, easy, stress free ordeal. To be honest aside from the property being charming, clean, and more than what i expected for the price I was quoted. The cherry on the cake for me at this property was GIA! Shes adorable! Such a friendly, sweet, welcoming host. I couldn't have asked for someone better. She was so sweet and likeable i decided to stay 3 more additional nights due to my "usual hotel" being all booked up i was lucky enough to find this gem. All in all My usual spot has changed and I will be staying at The Luxy hotel with Gia on a recurring and regular basis for sure! I would recommend it to any and everyone who asks.I rate it 5 stars for sure!

First night I came had checked in. Had to knock on House #1 because it was locked. PEOPLE WERE ALREADY IN THE HOUSE. I let them know I booked a few nights there. In my mind I thought those people had lived there. So it kinda creeped me out but it was late and I wanted to get to bed. Next morning I get up, the people we're still there, feeling uncomfortable I stayed in my room. Then I hear them leave and the owner telling the housekeeper to clean. They leave Then a few hours pass and the housekeeper starts cleaning at 445 when the check-in time starts at 3 to 11pm. SMH such an awkward feeling not knowing what was going on. FIRST OFF in the details of booking a night. It states Private restroom, SEPARATE dining area, SEPARATE living room, SEPARATE sitting area. It does not state any where that these areas are communal. DOES NOT STATE Room A or Room B. This is False Advertising!!! Fyi: Rm A has these big windows looking out to the front of the house with white curtains and definitely doesn't not feel private at all.. people can see inside (when the lights are on) from the outside. If anything I would suggest booking the Premium Suite at least you will have your own privacy.

The property was filthy and the lady is fraud the pics that are on the add are fake everything about this place is nasty and it is not two bed room it’s one bedroom two beds the bath tub dirty everything just gross I stayed 5 mins and booked me And new room I will never in life recommend this place she needs to be taken off Expedia for false advertising

This was BY FAR the worse place we’ve ever stayed. No services, no one ever came to clean the room, got two towels for the entire 4 days we stayed here. Parking is a big joke. We were told we had a parking spot, it wasn’t so. Everyone parked were they wanted. We had to get up from taking a nap just to move the car because other guests needed to get out. The windows could not be closed all the way and the latches did not work.

Do NOT stay here! This is a very small apartmemt. It does not look like the pictures at all!!!No aircondition. Too hot!! Smallest bathroom ever. There is not even room enought to sit down on the toilet.. there are ants everywere. We woke up in the middle of the night with over 100 ants in our bed. They were also in the bathroom and all over our suitcases.it is also a bad neighborhood.We could only stay 1 night before we had tofound another hotel.

This is the worst accommodation for so many reasons, we arrived after a 15 hour flight to find it is just an old run down house that has been split into apartments.We had no instructions on how to get in or what apartment was ours, the owner was supposed to have sent us this information We tried ringing her for an hour while sitting outside. When we finally got hold of her she was very confused about our booking which was 3 adults and one child. She finally gave us the entry code for apartment number 4. This was around the back of the house, access was inhibited by workmen's rubbish. Once inside we were astounded by the state of the place, the photos have obviously been extremely photoshopped online. There was no linen for the pull out bed or for our 4th person, no teatowels or toilet paper. We rung her and she got someone to bring around towels and toilet paper. Still no linen for the pull out sofa. We had to make do with what we had. When we got up in the morning the water was turned off so now showers and the toilet couldn't be flushed. We rung her and left and message. Whilst out she let workmen into our apartment without our permission to do some work. We tried to raise this with her along with the fact the water was turned off with no communication but she wasn't interested. We had 3 nights book her and on the final night she finally dropped of a blanket for the pull out sofa. Very unprofessional. Very expensive for rubbish accommodation. The photos online are fake

Great location and price. However, our stay was disappointing and stressful. The host sent a text after 11 pm asking if she can schedule work to fix the roof at 8:30 am next morning and to do so the worker had to come inside. In the morning, I texted her back and told her that she should have given us at least 24 hours and that made us feel very uncomfortable. Rather than having a slow morning, we left the place before 8:30 am and let her know that through the text. She texted me back after 8:30 am: "We just need 1 hour :) you can be back anytime. Since you did not answer last night, we didnot answer 8:30. I will arrange now, maybe by 9 am." There was no "sorry" or "please" in any of her texts. after a couple of hours we left she texted us saying" OK come back whenever you feel like." After 11 am or so, I texted her again, if the work was done, or if we had to leave the place again with short notice. I didn't hear from her, so I took it as the work was done and we could come back to the place. When we came back at 1 pm, the door was wide open. We came in the place thinking someone was still working on the roof. However, it turned out that the work was done, and the host left for running errands and.

This was the worst stay ever. This is suppose to be a suite which means you have the entire home to yourself. This was not the case! Just imagine 2 women and a 11 month in a home with men and women walking in at midnight trying to sleep in the next room. This is not a suite, this is a community house that shares showed, bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc. I would consider this a hostel
