This little hotel is a gem! Excellent location, very clean rooms and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be booking this hotel again in St Augustine.

Perfect location for a 2 night stay - easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Old Town Trolley stops right in from of hotel. We stay there everytime we visit St. Augustine

Clean, modern room in a great location. Parking right in front of your room. There is an extra charge for parking. Not bad , considering the convenience.

Very clean and updated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I forgot some clothes in the closet when leaving and front desk and housekeeping made sure that I got everything back. Easy on site parking. Within walking distance of downtown bars and restaurants. I will be back for another weekend getaway. Thank you so much

Incredible value for waterfront location. Super friendly staff. Loved sitting watching the marina activity and Bridge of Lions drawbridge from balcony chairs

Upgraded rooms. Beds could use upgrades as frames are a little noisy when sitting down on. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Hi- Our room was clean, front desk service was great, helpful and accommodating. Property is in a location that’s makes walking to King or St. George St. literally less than 3 mins. We enjoyed the nice view from the upper room. We would def come back.

This property is the perfect spot to stay when visiting St. Agustin. Every attraction is within walking distance, the trolley stop is right outside and a nice restaurant with live music right next door. The view of the bay from every room is breathtaking. The staff is so friendly and professional. I loved how Rhonda gave us guidance of where to go and what to do, she also was so nice to bring Champagne and glasses to our room as we were celebrating our honeymoon. I loved this place and totally recommend it.

The staff is exceptional here. I hve stayed at other hotels and the noise was insane. Love that this one is still walkable to all the sites but the rooms are quiet from light outside noise.
