Very clean. They accompanied our early check in and the concierge helped book our sunset dinner cruise. They have beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards available, all you have to do is ask. We will definitely be back.

We had flown in from American Samoa on an overnight flight and were exhausted. The wonderful staff at check in got us in our unit immediately, it was amazing!!! The unit was clean and very comfortable, it was excellent.

Clean, bottom floor, so not much of an ocean view but easily walk out to sit poolside I would recommend and I come back to stay

Nice and relaxing experience. We just stayed here for 7 nights and our kids and our family enjoyed the pool multiple times with rarely any disturbance by other guests or residents. Our condo was well appointed, clean, well stocked with the basics for our stay. No a/c but it was not needed, open doors and windows and the ocean breeze is more than enough. The ceiling fans are mighty and they make air circulate well. All appliances, dinner and cooking ware were basically unused. The beach only a few steps from the property. Great beach, perfect for a morning walk/run or meditating and relaxing. The views 3rd floor condo. Will definitely consider this property again when we return to Maui.

Wonderful. Donʻt worry about the a/c - we visited in the middle of May and the trade winds, mega ceiling fans, and slat windows & lanai sliding door keep the space cool. Cute little resort. Very low key & quiet.

There is no a/c. Which isn’t a huge deal as you can open the windows and get a cool ocean breeze going. The only problem was at night. When you’re in the bedroom with the window open you can hear other guests talking or walking through the corridor. So at times it could be a little noisy. It is a beautiful property with a nice pool and an ocean view. We would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at Maui Beach Resort. The property was very clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout my visit. A special mention to Mark, the security guard, who truly went above and beyond to assist with a late check-in—his kindness made a great first impression. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. The unit itself was lovely, with a refreshing ocean breeze that made the stay even more relaxing. The resort also features a large pool and a spa, which were both fantastic for unwinding. Overall, a wonderful experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

It was a small quaint little resort. The pool area is nice and comfortable. Our condo had everything we needed to cook meals. It has no AC but just open the windows and it cools down nicely in the evening. The bedroom and living room had massive ceiling fans that really move the air. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. It was a little noisy in the morning but that didn’t bother us at all. Great location. Great value for the money. We’ll be back.

Room was clean and ready when we got there. Plenty of space for our week in Maui. Great location with a beautiful beach across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property was well maintained through out our stay. We would definitely recommend and will try to stay here again on our next trip to Maui.

Gorgeous unit and amazing views from the balcony. No air conditioning which we knew about, plenty of windows for a cross breeze but it was still pretty warm at night. Had we been there any time other than December it would have been super hot. I’d stay again though. Amazing value for the location.

Tout était absolument parfait. Très bel appartement avec tout ce que l’on a besoin (lave vaisselle, laveuse-sécheuse). Balcon pour profiter de la magnifique cour intérieure. Le lit est confortable. Je recommande ++!
