We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami. The location is excellent, Bayside Marketplace is directly across the street, offering plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options. The hotel is also within walking distance of CVS, the train station, and other convenient attractions. The train is free to ride depending on your destination, which made getting around easy. We rented a car and took a trip to Biscayne National Park, which was a peaceful and relaxing spot to spend part of our anniversary. We enjoyed hanging out by the water, and there were food trucks and restrooms available, making it a comfortable place to visit. We also drove to Aventura Mall for some shopping and had a great time. The hotel can get a little busy depending on the time of day you arrive, but that is to be expected given its prime location. Overall, the Elser is a great place to stay in Miami, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with easy access to local attractions.

Overall, the accommodations were good. We had one problem with the bed linens being dirty upon arrival. It took 2 days for the host to rectify the problem due to wanting pictures of the linen while we were away from the room and unable to provide them. I booked 2 rooms and they were 9 floors apart, luckily they were booked for adults and not children.

We stayed for about 5 days and were very impressed with how clean everything was. The place was extremely well maintained and comfortable. The location was perfect, and we felt safe even walking around at night. The host was very responsive and took care of anything we needed right away, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was very welcoming. The place was very clean and modern. We really loved our view. Elevators were super quick and the building had a very high end smell to it. Over all this was a 10/10 experience which made our Miami stay unforgettable.

Beautiful views from the condo I stayed in love the look of the room clean very up-to-date all around. South Beach so many options to eat so many options downtown Miami as well five minute ride between both.

Everything nice , two problems , nobody take care your room is you are empty on something need to go down stairs and ask is you can get paper toilet or a clean towel honestly . Bad in that aspect and off course the valet parking is expensive and sometime we need to run to get the car in the street because is full almost the time during the day in front of the hotel and that is no safe is a small space when you need to get your car
