The place was very cute, super clean, and the AC worked very well which was just what we needed in the heat. The host was responsive and gave us all of the instructions in a n easy-to-read and timely manner. Would come back!

The room was absolutely spotless. The whole complex was quiet and the people we spoke with were cordial and friendly. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was walking distance to downtown. Chibo Italian restaurant across the street, is a hidden gem. If I had to find fault, my only criticism is that the walkways could have been swept and maintained a little better. Lots of debris scattered around from the landscaping. Great stay!

Comfortable mattress, clean room, quiet neighborhood. I did have to park a few hundred feet from the property but not a big deal. Good food options within a few blocks walking distance was nice.

Loved my stay in this Phoenix studio! It was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and located in such a cute area with great nearby spots to explore. Elliot was exceptional—communicative, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely book again.

This was perfect for our stay. My 16 year old son and I were in town on a quick trip for a concert (BILLIE EILISH!!) and we had everything we needed. The bed is really comfortable, the kitchen is lovely and everything was clean inside as well as the grounds outside. It rained while we were there so we couldn’t use the pool but it looked clean as well. There’s a cute little bodega within walking distance that had the perfect snacks for our 2-day stay. The owner was very kind and responded quickly to my many questions (anxious traveler). Would stay again for sure! Thanks again!
